Slow service and the food was cold each time I ordered it. Had to send it back and get fresh fries and burgers but it took so long to get the food that it was cold again. The skip the dishes and door dash were deemed to be getting their pick-ups a lot faster than customers who were in-story and the drive-thru got their orders. Very disappointed in how this McDonald's is run now.

It’s not necessarily a “bad” restaurants. However it lacks polite and effective service and cleanliness. Crew Member, Aisha looked at me three times without greeting me and debated in front of me with her coworkers who’s on front counter. Eventually she took my order by default I'm guessing and not only assumed I was a doordash driver but also questioned where my bag was before confirming my order and beginning working on it. They also missed two items I ordered including sauce. There was lots of minor garbage around the restaurant and appeared to be spills on multiple tables. However, on a positive note that food was cooked and ready fast.

100% the worst McDonald's in BC. Always slow and gives the wrong orders. This time we went in for chicken mcnuggets and asked for hot mustard, they said they were out so we asked for honey mustard and they literally gave us packets of honey. Our milkshakes were also like liquid. This location has no idea what they are doing and needs to hire new staff.

Bunch of jokers running the show. Today i had taken the drive thru they told me to wait in the front and didn't show up after wait of over 15 mins. I went at the counter and they are just chit chatting with each other and totally ignoring me and my request. And then one shows up and gives me the sandwich which i find kind of burnt! This specific branch should go self service as all the hired staff is doing a dis service and should be either trainedto be of some service or fired!

Any fast food restaurant I don’t have many high expectations for, it’s cheap and quick and that’s great. But at the very least, I expect my order to be correct majority of the time. Out of the probably 30-40 times I’ve been to this McDonald’s over last 2 years I’ve lived in mission, almost every single time something is missing or incorrect even though I’ve been charged for it. This seems to be a trend for lots of other customers. I’m all for letting people learn & grow from their mistakes, I hope this team gets a lot more attention with training.

Staff at drive thru were lifeless. We weren't given a receipt and took it for granted there were no issues. Food was somewhat warm, stale and my coke was extremely weak it was obvious as it was almost clear with a tint of brown. Staff would have seen that. With food prices increased and overall costs gone up getting a meal here is a monthly treat. So disappointed

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in all of BC. Drive thru will always wait out front to make their wait times look better for Head office. Inside you'll be lucky if you receive your order without asking 'Where's my order'. Check your bag, something will be missing or the food will be cold. Save your money

3rd time- dining room not open and the drive through isn't either- cones are put out so you can't use the drive through. I just wish they would turn the open 24 hours sign off, I got to speak with an employee who said they aren't really open 24 hours" so don't believe the open sign

Filthy! For 20 min there are 5 people in the restaurant, no line up and no one cleaning lobby which is the nastiest! Kitchen not much better, food awful. How does the health department let this place stay open. First and last visit, even my grandkids were horrified. I feel sick!!!! Owners should be ASHAMED and franchise bosses need to step in!
