Came in with my mother to get her a new phone and a plan. The young man wearing glasses helping us was in general with a bad attitude and had a chip on his shoulder.Was generally misleading about cost and as a whole had a very I dont want to he here helping you" attitude. We ended up getting a splendid deal with Roger's from the Selkirk location where a young lady was more than happy to help with an upbeat happy attitude.Train your employees for customer service better."

I pay 150 dollars to watch a loading screen all night with only 10mps at best, cannot run vr chat or even netflix but I go into poverty for mts

Sam was the best customer service rep I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Knowledgeable, kind and lived up to his word. The company Bell doesn’t deserve a great review, but Sam and the Selkirk store deserve high praise!
