My husband's glasses were missing a screw, so I brought them here to be repaired. They generously fixed his glasses at no charge. What excellent customer service! I would highly recommend.

The service is excellent! The optometrists and opticians who work there are very professional and very patient to make sure that you are prescribed the exact corrective lenses that you need . The variety of eyeglass frames available is suited to meet all budgets and all tastes. However , what is even more outstanding and important is the after sale service. It is impeccable! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality and personalized eye are service to pay a visit to Ma Lunetterie and make sure to ask for Mohammed. It's worth the trip!

In my company I provide a safety frame with prescription to my employees who need it. I saw online the Website of Securo Vision offering safety frames with prescription at a very reasonable price. I've decided to buy online a normal frame with prescription on October 26, 2018. They've sent to me a voucher by email to be presented at the clinic of my choice. Securo Vision is providing a listing of clinics affiliated for the eye exams service. The optometry clinic I've decided to go is Ma Lunetterie situated at 4490 Highway 440 West in Laval. I've sent my employee there for the eye exam which they did and we have paid for it.When my employee gave them the voucher (for the safety frame paid online with Securo Vision) they said they don't know what it is and they have no idea what to do with that. They told him that someone will call back to see what we should do with that. Big surprise!!!I decide to call Securo Vision and they confirmed that the clinic Ma Lunetterie is affiliated and they should accept the voucher. They offered to call Ma Lunetterie to clarify the situation with them...and they ask me to go back in 15 minutes. We've waited 1/2h. and I went there again with the voucher. But bad luck" again...they said the owner has left for the week end and no one was available to answer my questions and to proceed with this safety frame order. They said they will call back.We have waited after the week end and waited all day long Monday for the Clinic to call back but my employee finally decided to call back the Clinic around 4pm. They finally told us that because we have ordered via Internet the order will take 2-3 weeks to be processed (despite the fact that before we hand out the voucher they told us that a single vision frame was taking 2 day !!!). How can it be possible that new the lead time is now 3 weeks instead of 2 days?In clear Ma Lunetterie was not happy to proceed this way (with a voucher) and they have made it complicated... unpleasant...and a pain in the a**".I don't know if Securo Vision is screening the Clinics and members of their network but this Clinic is not giving a nice image of Securo Vision.Finally I'm sure you can find a better clinic than Ma Lunetterie...people of bad faith in business."

They have best customer service and best Doctors ever! My kids love how kind hearted, friendly, dedicated and patient they are. They were able to detect an early issue with my daughter’s eyes and not only has her eyesight slowed down in terms of getting weaker, her eyesight has become slightly better. God bless them!

Customer service was great when I tried on the eyeglasses. But then when came time to pick up my eyeglasses a couple weeks later, they just give my eyeglasses and move on to the next client. No adjustment...nothing. When I ask for it then told me they will do that after they served other clients.... but I was there first. First and last time I buy from that place.

They respect their appointment times. They are very clean. They are very courteous. They also respect your budget and don't push you to buy anything and their prices are unbeatable! Never going anywhere else again!

To be honest, I received the best service in years today!I had one screw fall off my Dior glasses last week. I visited multiple eyeglass stores at the Eaton Center in Toronto, including BonLook and LensCrafters, to no avail. Noone was capable or even ready to attempt at fixing my glasses except for Mr. Mohamad. Not only did he work tirelessly to find the perfect screw to match the other screws on my glasses, but he also delivered my glasses within a few hours along with a courtesy mini screw fixator, in case the problem recurs. I am very impressed with the accurate and meticulous work performed, especially that multiple supposedly expert stores such as LensCrafters refused to fix the problem.I highly recommend Ma Lunetterie eyeglass store!
