Good Place to workout if you are visiting or live in town.-They have INFRARED sauna which not too many gyms have.- Elliptical Machines and Treadmills are great too.- Booster Juice on site as well.

This is now my home gym. Amazing prices, amazing people and amazing equipment. I have started to see results in my fitness and always look forward to my next work out! Zumba is also pretty great!My only recommendation would be make sure that clean music is played :)So much appreciate this awesome gym.

In my opinion, Lethbridge Fitness is the best gym in town. In addition to affordable prices, free towel service, an excellent selection of equipment, and a new outdoor facility, LFC has friendly and welcoming staff. They have also done a great job of creating a culture where other members are friendly, respectful, and approachable!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I’ve done some personal training with Mandy and she is awesome. The front desk staff is amazing as well! Great gym for a great price. I have recommended this place to so many people!

The person who really sold on this place was Celeste. She's was so friendly and welcoming; then I met Taylor and Cass... Equally professional and awesome all around. Friendly staff, clean facility. Happy to support a local, independent business.

Have visited a few different gyms during my time and I have come back to Lethbridge Fitness. The atmosphere is so much better than anywhere I've ever been. People actually check to see if they can work out next to you, check if you're using a machine, and everyone seems genuinely happy to see one another. I haven't even got to the staff yet. The front desk ladies are amazing. They definitely make the place feel welcoming, keep it clean, and are always happy to help, answer questions, chat, or make delicious smoothes. It makes a big difference when you have people like that on staff.

Amazing staff, the front girls are like family. Also the trainers are great. Karly is amazing, Mandy's clauses are deadly!

Friendly and helpful staff, and the exercise areas and changeroom were well maintained. This gym could be better with more space and a few more machines but it did the job!
