Coco(sorry for the name spell ) who installed the unit and Michel the electrician are very professional their work is above my expectation. The system was so quiet hope to last long. We had a heat pump installed in our home in September of 2020. The agents whom we dealt with were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Installation was completed within a few days.Our agent, Miguel, contacted us recently for a follow up visit. During his visit, I had mentioned I needed to remove and clean the filters. I recently fractured my kneecap and was not able to climb the ladder and he immediately offered to do this for me. I must say I was very impressed as I did not expect this at all. My hat goes off to the fantastic service we received from him as he went above and beyond. It is always a pleasure to deal with him and we thank you again Miguel!!

We decided to be more eco-efficient and change our AC system for a heat/AC system. The purchase was affordable. But the service was even better. They installed the next day. It was completed in 4 hours by two very professional guys. They left the place very clean and were very polite. They wore their mask the entire time and explained the product well.I was also provided 3 different opportunities to give feedback. 1- for the salesperson when I purchased the unit, 2-by text to confirm my satisfaction and lastly 3- by phone right after the installation. I now have access to a service 24/7 that could be here in 24-48 hours. They are also sending an inspector to ensure it was completed properly and finish the financial aspect. I strongly recommend this service.

Installed in 2018, having a very difficult time contacting anyone for maintenance and one is broken and screaming and still can't get it repaired. Initial diagnosis by their company 5 months ago.Please come fix it, no one else will touch them.
