we purchased a new truck for our business in 2013 f 150 ecoboost. Rob was very happy to see us and to starting caring on a regular basis for our truck. he installed new shocks and we started having all our work done at his shop and at the start things were going great. Will finish the review in a few days, this one actaully a good one i have pics and signed documents on this one.. wait for it will be back to finish off the edit

Great to deal with! rob is the only one I let work on my car. Normaly have you car in within 3 days from time of making the appointment plus a loaner car. Good shop rates and top of the line parts worth the trip out of town.

Make sure that you have a good idea of what needs to be done. Got quoted one price upon completion of work and when paying bill an extra half hour tacked on. I thought the labor was high so I checked with the dealer and found they charged 1 hr less for the same job.I don't know the circumstances for the extra charges but I'm feeling like the bill was padded or I'm being charged extra for incompetent mechanics who are unable to do the work in the allotted time.

In excess of $900; fuel pump was replaced into a rotted out gas tank with a rotted out filler hose.When sent back because it smelled of gas, they said the whole car was unsafe and couldn't be safety checked. Turns out they never looked underneath or even had it up on a hoist.Very bad decisions on their part.
