Thanks to Jay and Kassidy, they and all the workers made the entire experience a breeze. All the staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. All the components of the sales, customer service lady’s, the delivery drivers, warehouse workers, Shay and the entire management team tolerating my sass. The lengths they went through to remain fair and accommodating were astronomical.

The Brick is my to go store for mattress set and living room furnitures. Awesome service today from Joyce from Red Deer south store. She is able to give me great deal on mattress set that past the sale date. Once you know the item tag#, she is just a phone call away, no need to leave home. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely look for her again on my next purchase. Looking forward to receiving my mattress.

Sales person Joyce Rivera was excellent. She made herself available to us but didn’t hover over us. Only COMPLAINT was bill was different from displayed price by a few dollars when I checked the invoice later on. We went with the 3 year warranty offered as we were told it would turn into a store credit if we didn’t use it.

Wow! One stop shopping, Ryan looked after us like we were family. He listened to our needs, answered all of our questions , explained everything, with NO PRESSURE. Ryan is exceptional , his 14 years with the Brick really shows. We went to the Brick to look at appliances , and beds. After moving to Red Deer 2 days ago with zero furniture, Ryan was able to accommodate our needs, everything we needed he was able to find at fantastic prices. We feel very comfortable going back to the Brick for future purchases, and will definitely recommend Ryan at The Brick!

I am very happy with my recent purchase from The Brick. I needed a smaller table for my apartment and this one fits and looks great in the space, at a reasonable price. It was an added bonus that the table and chairs were bar height, which I prefer. I was impressed with the no pressure to buy from Rachel. She didn't hover over me like other salespeople I have encountered and instead stayed at a good distance and was available for any questions I had. The entire process went smoothly and my son was able to pick up the table and chairs within a few days.

What an excellent shopping experience! Joyce was wonderful — patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thanks to her, and to the Brick’s great inventory, we managed to get almost all of our new condo’s furniture purchased in one two-hour session. Also fabulous was the fact the Joyce arranged for it all to be delivered to a completely different city on a date that is convenient for us.
