My AC wasn’t working at my condo and the building put in a call late in te afternoon. 4 seasons showed up the next day before noon for service. The technician that showed up was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and all for a very reasonable cost.He was quick and efficient and polite.Overall great service and great experience

Great Service and very professional. His name is Luay karzo and he came to fix my AC quick (swap out broken motor and installed new thermostats) and even when I was running tight on time to head off to work, he's able to finish everything in time. I'm impressed with his workmanship and will definitely recommend him to my friends!

Our condo unit HVAC system turned off suddenly. 4Seasons was contacted and the appointment was set up that morning. The terms were laid out for the cost of assessment and the timeframe of the arrival for the technician (12 pm - 4 pm). The technician, Loay arrived around 1:30. He was very communicative and responsive in terms of calling and texting and letting me know when he'd arrive. He was efficient and figured out the issue very quickly and was able to make the necessary repairs to bring the HVAC back on. He offered some helpful tips with standard maintenance. Since he had all the parts to make the repairs, he laid out the costing for the parts and explained what he was doing all the way through. This was overall a positive experience and I'm very pleased it was resolved very quickly.

Luay was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and efficient. I thought the motor in the HVAC had to be replaced because I was told it wasn't working after an inspection by my property management. Luay quickly assessed that it just needed to be reset, and the motor was working fine after resetting and didn't need to be replaced. He provided a great and easy customer experience!

Luay did a great job. He came in to help fix the ducts B/c the ceilings along the ducts were getting wet when I turned on the vents. Luay found the blockage in the pipe and had it fixed ASAP! He was also very kind and courteous! Thanks!!

Just had a great phone conversation with 4seasons rep about replacing regular thermostat with Nest in my unit. Even though, they maintain my A/C and have all tech details, the answer to the question whether Nest thermostat (which they also offer) supports all functions of the A/C unit apparently costs $70-something (the price of technician visit), because they don't know.UPDATE: Offered price for Nest from 4Seasons HVAC is $579+tax, they waive all fees and provide warranty in this case.

Ali was fantastic! He really took the time to troubleshoot my AC issue and even when we thought it was fixed he tested and re tested to make sure it was working properly before he left. He also gave me tips on what to look out for in the future. Highly recommend!
