I would like to start by saying the ladies washroom was so horrible my wife held it until we got home i Spent over 100 bucks on Horrible food my son had the rib sandwich the meat was dry and they put way to much coleslaw on it that the bun was soggy my wife ordered the hamburger. The hamburger patty was burnt and dried out and the fries where hard and last but not least I had the quarter chicken and ribs the fries were dry and the chicken was bloody.and the ribs were dried out worst restaurant I have ever been to not to mention the service sub par at best my advice save your money and go to red lobster or Eastside Marios for a way better dinning experience

Huge dining area. Nice and cozy. Service (server and front counter host) is really nice.Highly recommend: Garlic Cheese Loaf" (appetizer)!!!Good portion to share (2 or more people).Washroom is clean."

Good Canadian comfort food. There's something magical about Swiss Chalet that is nostalgic.Went at 845pm and was seated. Food came quickly and portions here are larger than that I'm use to. The chicken was too salty today but still palatable. The sauce reduced from sitting in the warmer all day, so it was thick and deep flavor. Despite it being end of day food, the chicken was not too dryFries were abundant with crispy exterior and a sweet, soft centre. I prefer regular fries over the seasoned fries as the seasoning takes away the potato aroma.The server was great. Friendly, attentive and had a calm happiness that a long days work could not affect.

Arrived one hour and a half before closing time this past Friday. Went here with two other people. As we entered the eating establishment there was no Host/ess at the door to greet, waited about a good 10min for someone to come and no one even think to check the doors... One of my friends went to find the manager, couldn't find the manager anywhere. Finds a waitress standing beside the kitchen wall of the kitchen walkway and the rest of the FOH staff hiding in the kitchen to avoid serving us... Told my friend we're not going to serve us because it was an hour an a half before closing... Not right... Please do better than just hiding...

Service super suck slow no professional at all people waiting so long to be help. I really feel sorry for this restaurant that is going down and for the people who trust then to come an expend time and money to have a decent moment. They don’t even had food ready so disappointed

Low price, yet still better than fast food. Not exactly my cup of tea, but all in all good, balanced experience.Service was professional & personal, food came out relatively quickly. Products are adequate with a lot of gravy. Serving feels good, although I could do with slightly larger dishes.For a family of 5, bill came out $88 before tip, for main courses and drinks.

It's been awhile since I dined in and it was a wonderful experience the food was nice hot fresh when it came out service was impeccable the quantity was overwhelming it's been a long time since I could say that I was 100% satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend you going for yourself and having a wonderful experience

The rotisserie chicken had very little chicken in it. At other locations you can barely pick up the sandwich without chicken falling out. Two others had the quarter chicken meal for the same or less money and they weren't comparable for the amount of chicken. Quite disappointing.

In the 40 years that I've been to swiss Chalet in Canada and the United States locations, this was definitely the worstone ever. My chicken was totally dried out and I couldn't finish it. The fries were definitely reheated and became hard very quickly. The only thing I can say positive is the ribs were not bad. When it came time to dessert, my friend asked for extra sauce on the ice cream. The waitress took it upon herself to make it into a pool of sauce. You couldn't even see the whip cream as it had melted right into the sauce? I actually took pictures because it looks nothing like what they advertise. They only had one waitress on to serve everybody so the service was extremely slow. This is where the manager should have stepped in and helped out, but didn't. In case you're wondering why I didn't send the food back and complain more at the restaurant, I didn't want to upset the birthday girl, as she doesn't like confrontations.It was someone's birthday at the table and I must say it was a very disappointing birthday lunch. Shame on the manager and the waitress who made the dessert into a swimming pool.
