Our experience with Coastline Property Service was perfect from start to finish!Kamil was very prompt with all communication and providing a detailed quote for the services we requested. On the day, David completed the work including, cleaning gutters, pressure washing, soft washing our deck and cleaning windows. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and polite and did a phenomenal job.By far the best company we have used for these services and competitively priced too! We will definitely be using their services regularly and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have had a positive experience dealing with the young, courteous, and professional staff of Coastline Property Service based in Courtenay. Their advice was sound, and we paid what they quoted us to deep clean the roof of our single-family home before washing it and treating it with a chemical to deter organic growth (i.e., moss) from growing on the tiles. During the process, the roof cleaner bagged the downspouts to capture the chemical run off. After he was done, he walked us around the house to show us what he did and answer any questions we may have had. We are pleased with the result and the amount we paid for this extensive job and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of the various services Coastline Property Service provide.

This company gives extraordinary service. I called explaining that I'm hoping to put my house onto the market as soon as possible and needed their help to do several clean-ups including roof, sidewalk and my covered deck. The owner, Kamil, called back after the initial contact to say he could get a crew in the next day. They came on time and did an excellent job. They even helped with a small repair I needed. The service was great, the quality of work professional and detailed and the crew were very good to work with. I would give them a 6th star if I could.

Professional, great customer service and awesome results! Having just moved from Alberta, I didn't think it was possible to get the roof clean (debris, moss). But after Coastline's Asphalt Roof Soft Washing + Chemical Treatment, the roof looks new! Gutters also run freely after their internal gutter cleaning service was complete. Very satisfied customer!

Very impressive. Great work, and happened within a week of my asking for a quote and confirming the quote. Very clean work and the price seemed fair. I'll definitely hire again and recommend to my friends/clients.
