Bridal Vision

My experience was amazing ! I'm pretty sure I found my wedding dress and am going back this week to purchase it! Tia was amazing .. she made my experience one to remember. I felt like I was part of say yes to the dress !! I'm definitely recommend it to any bride !! They make you feel so special and beautiful

I would highly recommend this boutique.I didn't think I would be able to afford anything in there because it's a much bigger store with actual fitting rooms compared to the other bridal stores. I found my perfect dress under budget. The saleswoman was quick to figure out what I liked and brought me things I loved. All in all it was fun and I am over the top happy, with a couple extra hundred bucks for our honeymoon fund. We took lots of pictures so I could go home and decide which was my favorite. I received my dress and will be going back for the rest of my bridal party. A++

I recommend Tia to 100%!!! :) I when in there and was not sure what I was looking for I tried 4 dresses in total and I fell in love with the first one :) Tia had a great choice knew exactly what was the best options and the accessories :) I will be coming back for sure!!! :D

When I called to make an appointment I was told I could not get in til 3pm. I had told Mark i was coming in from out of town. He made a decision to allow Colette to come in for 11am. The ladies do not usually start until 1pm. From the moment myself and the girls walked through the doors we were greeted and very well takin care of. Colette was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect wedding dress. I would like to thank both her and Mark for everything they did and would highly recommend Bridal Vision.

First time in the store was served by a young girl whom was extremely rude. Ruined my very first experience to see what is out there for bridal gowns. She made me and my wedding party feel like we couldn't afford the dresses. (Never judge a book by its cover) I will never step foot in this store again. Extremely disappointed by the service.

I purchased my dress a few months ago, and was very please, they were wonderful. The only thing I was upset about was I paid good money for the dress and wanted something taking off and when the dress came in it wasn’t done.

It was the worst experience for my daughter while looking for a prom dress...we were told not to touch the dresses but recieved no help with them either...received very rude reception because we didnt have n appointment even tho the store was empty n owner was also very rude....I have no idea how this place is still in business...their loss. We bought a $1000 dress elsewhere. I shop where businesses appreciate their customers

I haven't bought a dress yet but my first experience at this shop made the dress shopping experience less intimidating.Lauren was excellent at listening to what I liked and finding beautiful dresses that were in line with my taste.I also appreciated that they were respectful of budgets. I didn't feel pressured to go for something more expensive than I felt comfortable buying and the service was excellent.

My daughter went to Bridal Vision to look for a prom dress. We had such a good experience! Really great service! When I booked the appointment and asked if my daughter could bring a few people with her to the appointment I was told - OF COURSE! - she can bring as many as she wants. The salesperson was very friendly - we had such great service! My daughter found the perfect dress! I would recommend Bridal Vision to anyone!

Bought two wedding dresses, a veil (500$), a 300$ bow, and 3 bridesmaids dresses, all for the same wedding. They sold me an off the rack dress for 100$ less than a brand new one ... to find out the zipper was completely broken. You'd think after already buying a wedding gown a veil, a bow, and 3 bridesmaids gowns that they would wiggle a little on a damaged sample dress... Nope. They are simply all about the money they don't care about anything else.They randomly shut down on certain days and don't tell anyone. They don't have a manager... They just have this one girl who is extremely rude and makes decisions based on how she feels that day.... When myself and my girls were trying on dresses the consultant kept bringing me dresses that I didn't even want and when I asked for the dresses I showed pictures of she said she'd bring them later. Later came and I had no idea what to do because I tried on a million dresses, I was tired, overwhelmed and upset .. I found one on the sale rack and the consultant tried very hard to convince me to not try it on because I wouldn't like it...I insisted. She was very snarky about letting me try on the sale dress... Anyway it ended up being the dress. The way she pinned the dress was completely changing the shape of it on me and when I took the dress to the seamstress she was so angry that they pinned it like that because the only way to make the dress fit the way they clipped it was to completely remake the entire bodice. Also my bridesmaids were told they would all get 10% off their dress if they purchased there.. I had to question the reciept because the 10% wasn't given until I actually had to mention it Long story short this place recieved around 5k from just my wedding party and it was overall not a great experience. Not that I plan on going back, but I figured I would share my experience as every bride deserves to have an amazing experience searching for their dress.. however this place caused me more stress than anything I've ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
