Wow, what amazing customer service!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and honest. They answered all of our questions and put up with our indecisiveness! Always served with a smile and were overall great people. Their dresses in particular were fabulous! A wide variety of colour, style, size and shape. And if they didn't have it in your size, they would immediately look online to find it and see if they could order it. I was so happy with my purchase and the customer service, I know if I ever need to find more formal wear, I will definitely do the long drive (for me at least) just to go back to that lovely store! Highly highly recommended!

The worst in accommodating clients who just want to buy a dress!! I had the worst experience with this stores ability to implement any type Customer service.The appointments available are during working hours and the staff will not work with you to help you. They want you to take time out of work day to come their store to spend money.They won’t take appointments past 4pm during the week.Staff are rude.Absurd.What an a

My sister and I were looking for bridal and bridesmaid dresses and upon arrival, we were greeted by the gentleman there where he explained where we can find certain dresses. He then gave us some time and space to look around and another lady came and assisted us in the fitting room. We have been to so many stores and never experienced such great services. Not only were the prices good, they treated us like family and we had a blast trying on dresses. I can't wait to visit again!!

I came here because I want a non-traditional wedding dress and saw from the designers I was interested in that they carry the lines I wanted to look at. I was late to my appointment because there was terrible weather and traffic that day, and maybe that threw them off. They seemed nice enough at first and were accommodating about my showing up late. There was only one other customer in the store due to the pandemic restrictions, and we had to be masked and sanitize our hands, which I appreciated.I explained I what I was looking for, and the sales lady pointed me toward a centre row of dresses saying any of them could be ordered in the colour I want and customized. Most of the dresses were far above my price range and more than the dresses I had looked at from the lines I wanted to see; they were all from the same designer. I have held off hoping the owners would reconsider and at least allow me a gift certificate for the $1000.00 deposit I gave on a dress for a wedding I did not attend and asked for a refund. I understood they were doing my alterations in June for a July wedding as I have purchased 4 gowns from them in the past and know weight fluctuates when a big event is coming. But when I called to cancel in May they said they had done the alterations and would not give me a refund.From all my and my families past experiences I will say that the alterations were probably not complete and even if the dress had been opened up it was more than likely waiting for my June fitting to ensure accuracy as previous experience shows.I asked 3 time for a reconsideration on some sort of refund and was denied.I think it was all in the stars as I did have another event to go to and was referred to Lucian Matis and had a fabulous experience. Full custom solutions, ( not just the stules on their site) beautiful fabrics and no additional $200 to $300 alterations on top of the dress price, not to mention amazing service. When I told them about my previous story ( Ediths) they knew the dress i had put a deposit on and advised me that the Wayne Clark dress I was speaking about was 4 years old and yet was full price at Ediths.So I guess out of a terrible situation comes something good..I will only shop at Lucian Matis in the future and hope if you are considering Edith's you look to Lucian Matis .com

I first came to Edith’s in March to buy a prom dress. The dress I found was beautiful and fit like a glove. Yesterday I returned to purchase a second dress for my aunt’s anniversary party. The sale ladies were honest, friendly, and very helpful. I now have 2 dresses from Edith’s, both of which I love. My mom is going back to buy a dress for herself. A well-run, organized and welcoming store. Definitely worth a visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Edith's today! We were initially greeted by Ida and helped by Mary. We were able to find a perfect grad dress. We started at Edith's, went to 4 stores total and Edith's offered the best quality and wonderful selection and service. Thank you!

I don't normally write reviews but I had to this time. This place has lovely dresses, this is where I actually found my prom dress. I just had a wonderful time there, staff was great, super friendly. The only thing is that they do lack sizes, that would be my only problem" (they should expand on their sizes). But overall

Horrible service. Pushy employee and tries to force onto you what YOU should wear or buy. Along with this, body shaming comments when I was picking out a dress for prom like what the hell? Antonella should not be an employee here and deserves to get some manner management instead thanks.

Great store, organized by style, designer and sizes. Easy to find what you are looking for. Huge change rooms so you can have your friends or family help you get dressed. We found lots of great choices here for a prom dress for my daughter. Yes, the prices may seem high, but fair for the quality of dress we bought and comparable to other stores with lesser quality.
