After sale support is lacking even after purchasing two very expensive wall hung toilets. Needed replacement parts for one of the toilets and was given the supplier's phone number and website and was told to contact them. No attempt was made by staff to contact their vendor as even a goodwill gesture at decent customer service.

We were very disappointed with this company when using them for our bathroom renovation. We ordered everything January 31 and were told things would take 6 weeks to arrive. I think all of us by now are aware that COVID disrupts things like this, so most of the items arrived a bit later, March 30. We thought that was absolutely acceptable. We were told our shower trim and valve would arrive beginning of April, then mid April, then end of April, then the end of the first week of May. We had already stalled the contractor from a March 17 start to May 2. The contractor began their work and the complete trim kit for the shower was still nowhere in sight. We had to make a decision and needed it for the completion of our bathroom (we only have ONE in our house which everyone was aware of). We purchased the shower kit at another store and asked for a refund from Bathworks. This is where it gets interesting. On May 17 I was told I couldn't return the parts of the kit that I had as they were custom ordered. Really? They are in a box! That doesn't seem very custom" to me. Our vanity was definitely more custom as we chose the colour

Store was closed to the public because you need to make an appointment to go in during covid. When we called the owner, they didn't seem interested in our business and was not accommodating, especially after phase 3, when all other stores are now open to the public. Took our whole bathroom remodeling project elsewhere.
