Just closed on a gorgeous home by Barry's.Despite moving into the country, during a global pandemic, Sean and the rest of the Barry's team made building a beautiful home easy. Beautiful craftsmanship, along with helpful service and a workforce that genuinely cares about their work and their customer.So glad our realtor connected us with Barry's.

We had Barry build our dream home. I found them to be very professional. If I had any issues or questions I was always able to speak to Some one to get the problem resolved. His workers are friendly and very approachable. I would never hesitate to build with Barry again.I have built a Reid's home in the past and the rules on building your own house was ridiculous. We were never able to do anything to our home ourselves to cut costs or visit the home while it was being built without a person from Rieds. We were allowed two visits. With Barry he was open to anytime we wanted to do ourselves and we could Visit the build as often as we wanted. They always were there to answer question. Was very happy with our build.

Barry’s Construction built our new home and were very professional. It was a pleasure to work with Barry, Sean and the crew working for Barry. Always felt they cared we were satisfied and happy. We would definitely recommend Barry to build your new home.

Very condescending and don't complete the job that you want. If they have any question about proceeding they don't ask they just continue on making the mistakes and completing the job that the buyer didn't want. I do not recommend the use of this company to anybody and would suggest using any other company for your construction needs.Just trying to get an invoice from them detailing their work is taxing and pretty much have to argue with them all the while they are basically calling you dumb.Worst construction company for quality and communication in Ontario possibly Canada.

Got passed by one of these vans tonite coming into Owen sound. Driver was driving eradically and speeding. Driver side view mirror was also smashed with no way of having a rear view mirror. License plate az60**1. Not smart. Safety first.

worst company, basically a scam with how little knowledge and understand of home construction the crew had. Dont hire this company unless you want the worst experience with the most cheap shoddy quickest wrong way of doing it. DO NOT HIRE!!!side note: the good reviews here are from fake account with usually one 1 or 2 reviews EVER, at least put some effort into your fake reviews

The owner of the business Is very professional, he is there to help when you can’t picture it in your head. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with this company.I do believe they do turn dreams into reality.
