Front end staff are friendly, efficient, and keep you updated for upcoming appointments. The dentists are knowledgeable and explain clearly what they see in good or bad. Scaling and polishing experience was as gentle and thorough as possible. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Crystal Dental and was impressed by the quality of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the clinic itself was clean and modern. Dr. James was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional dental care.

Finding a Dentist that you feel comfortable with is invaluable. My husband and I travel from Mount Forest to Fergus, and in just 2 short visits I have never been happier with a dentist. Everyone here is so kind and comforting, they do everything to make it as easy and pleasant for you as possible. That's such a welcomed change from dental experiences I've had in the past. My husband and myself will be gladly coming here for any dental we need in the future, and I have highly recommended them to all of my family and friends as well! Like many here, the Dentist is one place I avoid. However, these peopke were fantastic. From reception to extraction, very friendly, calming and very good at what they do. Both Doctors were extremely gentle and amazing! I highly recommend...

The whole experience at Crystal Dental was amazing. Right from booking the appointment to consultant and treatment, all along it was a great experience not only for me as a parent but for my kids as well. Dr James is exceptional with his diagnosis and explanation with a lot of patience and you can see that he genuinely cares for his patients. Dr Veni was great and was very courteous but thorough. The whole team out there right from the reception to all the assistant staff were really great and amazing. I would highly recommend them for any dental issues both for adults and kids.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental clinic. I had a little complicated procedure with my wisdom tooth removal but Dr. James made the whole experience extremely smooth and painless.He is an exceptional dentist and an even more amazing human being. He explained the details so well and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. His staff are wonderful and extremely courteous.I highly recommend Crystal Dental Clinic to anybody with any dental issues! Keep up the excellent work!
