Bayshore is very unorganized lack of communication from HR management & coordinators, all of my pays were messed up HR argued with me about how many hours were missing on my pay, proof was given then I was ignored and only got paid for 5 out of 8 that were missing, I injured myself doing a transfer on august 26 2022 almost a month later and Bayshore is refusing to give me my ROE also refusing to return WSIBs calls and letters, I called Amy (HR) under private number she raised her voice told me what I wanted to hear and hung up never received my ROE like she said, I’ve had nothing but problems with management they do not honour their contracts, many employees complain about the same things, they can not keep employees such as coordinators supervisors and management.They will send you out of your area then call it a refusal if you refuse to travel outside of your designated area. They will promise to pay more for you to work outside your area and never honour it. Overall disgusted with this company and how they treat their staff members.

Can’t rely on them. Have been set up with respite through the Ontario Health Care System (LHNS). Have been dealing with several other Ontario covered home care systems for a few years without issues. I have found this company to be very uncommunicative - and unreliable.

Zero continuity. Zero care from planners for clients. Zero compassion for palliative patients.
