I have recently needed glasses, after shopping a few different stores locally (Mission) I heard about the great service at Beyond Basic Eyewear. They have a large selection of frames. The staff was so kind and professional! As I looked through the frames another customer came in, about to travel abroad. She had lost her glasses and was leaving the next week. The team jumped into action and in just a few short minutes was able to give her 3 or 4 options. She came in upset and worried and left happy and relaxed! I knew then I would be a life long costumer! It is worth going to see this amazing team of eye care professionals. Now my hole family is getting there eye care needs met. Ask for Tia she is going to take GREAT care of you!

I use readers and my optometrist had strongly suggested I get prescription lenses (which the optometrist also sells). I took the prescription to Beyond Basic, as I'd been impressed with their great selection of frames and prompt, friendly service when my son got glasses there a few years ago. The optician reviewed my prescription in detail with me and suggested that instead of paying about $300 for prescription lenses, I just buy a pair of Foster Grant readers that they had on sale for $10 (I bought two). I appreciate a business that's honest, helpful and puts the customer's experience ahead of their own pocketbook. And they have a very good selection of readers!

A friend recommended visiting this location when my daughter broke her glasses at school.We had an amazing experience that far exceeded our expectations! We arrived just as they were closing and they were still happy to help us. They helped my daughter find 2 sets of glasses and didn’t rush us at all. They had the lenses in stock and had the glasses ready for pick up the following day! From the time we first arrived to the time we left we were well taken care of. I can’t say enough good things. They went above and beyond for sure. Thank you so much! We will definitely be returning!

Needed new sunglasses and just randomly popped in here to check things out based on a Google search. Was blown away by their exceptional customer service and patience with all my questions while I walked around looking and tried on sunglasses.
