I went in on Monday night to grab a few things for school, the cashier up front, Elyssa, greeted me with a friendly smile and had great customer service. 5 Stars Staples, and 5 stars Elyssa:)

The team at Staples Collingwood are very approachable and give great customer service. I went in and purchased a new MacBook computer and the team that assisted me were very patient and resourceful. Associates Nick, Jaspreet, and Phillip and manager Chris explained things well and the service was prompt and impressive. The team at staples and great customer service is why I keep coming back.

Don't get your printing done here. Same day printing quality was horrible. Now waiting on my 3-5 day order and it's past that and they are like you will just have to wait a few more days" and "we don't know when they will be ready". They have no resolution for orders that go past they time they say. When you spend over $200 for something they sould at least be able to give you a status update. At least be apologetic to the customer instead of being rude. Hopefully my order will be ready in the next couple days?? Even head office has no idea lol. How does a big company like this even have any customers?"

I was helped by Gena in the copy center. She was so incredibly wonderful to deal with. Gena represented the company very well. Gena was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this location and be sure to ask for Gena.

I stood at the counter while 3 employees totally ignored me. No one even offered someone will help you in a minute". They just looked and looked away. I walked out and went to a small independent business that was WONDERFUL!"

The printing specialists....are NOT.I have a specific print job that I get done at staples every 6 months.I've taken my jump drive to Brampton Staples, Oakville Staples, Halifax Staple and a few others over the last 5years.This store (Collingwood) couldn't figure out how to print out my file. The same file all the other stores have done in a couple hours.At one point there was 5 employees chatting about how to make it happen. The lady who took over, spent more time telling me I should have done this online. Then it gets delivered to the store 3-5 days later.I eventually left with my jump drive. Went to the Alliston store...They had no problem printing my information as I wanted.Unbelievable.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable! I love going here. As a student in college, Im a frequent flyer there. I get documents printed once a week and the quality of the prints is incredible and is well worth every penny spent. The stationary is very cute and well organized and everything is easy to find too. As a gamer as well, I went to look for an external hard drive compatible with my PS5 and the staff were extremely helpful and I found one for an awesome price that was a perfect fit.Also to note, there is a cashier there (I'm terrible with names, I wish I could remember!) I see on my weekly visits who is just the nicest guy. he was helpful and knowledgable in my journey to find my external hard drive and every time I come in to staples we continue our weekly conversations where we left off.I could go to walmart or amazon, but I refuse. The people in this store are awesome, the quality of my prints is amazing and I find everything I'm looking for (and more) every single time I'm in there. The competitors are not an option because I know Staples will out-do them every single time in every single category.You guys rock!

The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. But the quality of the photo prints is terrible. For some reason my order was printed twice - once at the store, and again by an outside supplier. Both sets of prints were awful. One set was blown up so that all the images were cut off by about 5%, and the other set was way too dark. In both, there were many images that were fuzzy. This was convenient but there is no way I can use the service again.

This is the 3rd year I have ordered pages to be printed off for the school year for my sons medical log book. The quality is incredible. I can always pick it up within 12hrs. The staff is friendly.When we went in, my daughter lost her toy as they were closing. The lady locking the door said they would look for it and put it aside. We went on holidays right after this, and when we came back they still had her little wolf sitting on a back computer waiting for her. I was so surprised. It was a small toy and almost a week later. My daughter was beyond happy. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
