On Jan 2nd, our sewer backed up, We had Elgin County Plumbing out later that week where they fixed the problem, and with their digital camera they were able to recommend that the original clay pipes needed to be replaced. Chris and his team provided a very competitive quote and we scheduled for the spring. In February Chris came on a Sunday and cleaned the clogging sewer again. We have scheduled the replacement for a couple of weeks from now, and again over the past couple of days the sewer started backing up again. Chris came out once again and removed the blockage. This time he waived the fee because we are so close to the scheduled work being completed. Amazing, I am so grateful for this act of kindness. This is how communities are built. Installed a new, quiet check valve on our sump pump. Arrived on time. Put booties on to get to the basement. Installed the valve quickly and checked to ensure it worked properly. Charged less than quoted on the phone. All in all, we're very satisfied with the job.

Chris was very responsive when I reached out last week. He was able to schedule an appointment that day, and was even able to provide a rough quote over the phone, based on the problems I described. He provided excellent communication throughout, letting me know when he would be heading out, and called afterwards to provide an overview of what the issue(s) were (this is very helpful, as this was for a rental property). The tenants also mentioned that he was respective and professional - they were very satisfied with his workmanship. I would definitely use this company again, and they have my recommendation!
