Drove over an hour to have my extensions moved up and arrived ti my appointment on time. She told me she’d be another 30 minutes, then looked at my hair and told me she couldn’t do tie-in extensions (in my initial inquiry I mentioned they were hand tied). Very poor customer service and professionalism.

The customer service is second to none. Hyacinth has a wealth of experience and knowledge and knew exactly the style and colour I needed. After being sold a wig at another place and never liking the fit or sloppiness of it, she told me it was a large and I needed a small! I love my new wig. Feel very comfortable and confident in it.

Travelled from Windsor, wasn't sure of what I was expecting but I'm glad I went. The staff were beyond amazing and had a few laughs. They were able to treat my hair exactly what I wanted and helped with the aftercare as well. I highly recommend this salon for anyone in the London area.
