Amazing store, amazing service! We had someone assist us in finding a smell we loved and then showed us over 10 different perfumes with those notes, got to discover and smell a lot of new brands and the best part is that you get to test them on your skin before buying. My new fav store for perfume and creams. Really a little gem of a found!

Where do I begin? This store is an absolute gem. A 5-star rating doesn't even do justice to the exceptional experience provided to customers. Every time I visit the store to discover new perfumes, I am greeted warmly, the knowledgeable staff takes a genuine interest in my tastes and explores options with me. The love of perfumes and the desire to make everyone feel included puts Etiket in a class of its own. I have lived across Canada, Asia and Europe and this is in my top 3 list of best stores. Went to pick up my online purchase and I was amazed by this lovely boutique where you can find a vast collection of exclusive and niche fragrances in the heart of Montréal. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are very patient and experienced which made my experience even better. I loved the sample that I got and I will be back for the purchase soon. Good job keep up the good work!

I never tried any of the skin treatment I just went a few times to shop for skincare products and fragrance. First of all shopping there is a unique experience the place is so beautiful and the service is always welcoming. I have always been well suggested on the products and never felt pressured to buy anything. Last time I went I tried on different perfume and I was amazed by the knowledge of the conseillor, she knew the history for every of them. I am defenitly coming back. Thank you !

Steve was absolutely fantastic. Rarely do you meet someone as postive and passionate as him. He kept the store open 30 mins longer for us to come in and purchase what we needed. He explained everything so well and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.Thank you!!!

The staff is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful here. I was looking for a perfume and they didn’t pressure me to buy or rush me, instead they took time with me, gave me all kinds of perfume (even some that I didn’t ask for) samples for me to try at home to decide. I appreciate this is really good customer service you won’t find elsewhere. The store is beautiful with all kinds of niche perfumes and niche makeup and skincare brands. Their website is always easy to use if you shop online. Kudos to you Etiket you’re one of a kind ♥️
