Monroe Auto / Standard Auto Glass

I took my VW Atlas in for a windshield chip repair at the end of December. The staff was very friendly and patient, they explained what will be done and how. They took my car in the shop as soon as I arrived and took good care of the car (no greasy hand marks etc). I've had a couple of other experiences with them, installing a brake controller and re-balancing tires, and I've had similar experiences. I've gotten used to the great service, so planning to continue taking my cars in to Monroe in the future.

Great shop! It can be hard finding trustworthy mechanics nowadays but I’ve never had an issue with the guys at Monroe. The staff is super friendly and Mackenzie helped and worked with me on getting work done on my vehicle that fit into my schedule and price point. Highly recommend this place!

Windshield replacement.Fast, friendly and great job done!Booking was easy and they were able to accommodate me quickly. They completed the work faster than anticipated too :-)On point COVID protocols are in place and they share the wifi.All in I'm 1 happy camper.

I had my 2009 Toyota Camry tinted today and I am very impressed with the service provided. I called about 5 other window tinting shops and none of them where interested in helping me out. However when I called Monroe they immediately answered and where happy to help.They managed to get my car in the same day I called! The staff where very knowledgeable, polite, kind, and honest. They gave me an amazing price and they made sure I was satisfied with the work they did before I paid.I pointed out a minor issue with the paint on my car prior to leaving the work to them, they managed to tint the windows, and remove the (bird poop acid stain) from the hood of my car which I was unable to do myself! This was all done without being charged!I’m so happy with the work they did and I recommend this shop to anyone needing auto services... I’m for sure going back.

Due to reading great reviews about Monroe Auto I decided to pop in today (October 3rd) expecting to have to book an appointment for my concerns which was a chip in my wind shield and possible hitch replacement (its quite rusty) for my 10 year old truckUpon walking into the shop I was immediately asked how they could help me (I believe it was the owner) I explained my concerns. He immediately came out and looked at my truck. He said the chip was actually just tree sap and easily removed it. He also looked at my hitch and told me they rust over time and mine is perfectly fine. Not did he not charge me but most importantly he put my mind at ease about my hitch as I tow a travel trailer.I am so impressed with the honesty and integrity of Monroe Auto instead of going to the more expensive dealership for my trucks regular maintenance I will switch to Monroe Auto!Thanks again for your help today!

I needed a hitch installed on short notice, I called Monroe auto and they installed a hitch on my SUV quickly on the same day! Fantastic customer service. Will return for additional work in the future!

Called to schedule to have a hitch unit put on. I told them we needed the 7way electrical hookup for electric brakes, not the 4 pin. Requested a Reese hitch. We measured the height we needed to set the hitch and provided it to them. When we went in, I confirmed all the same details. I was then told they didn't have Reese hitch in stock and they had us down for a 4 pin hookup. Corrected the details. Went to pick it up and noticed the hitch looked low. They said they measured. I confirmed the measurement they had written down which was correct. Went home and measured it. It was about 5 inches lower than we needed. So I ended up buying a new riser and ball. Absolutely garbage customer service and spent more having to fix all their mistakes.To their response below: No I do not have the wrong company. It was installed on April 28.
