They had cold called me with a loan offer, after sending bank statements id void check they sent me an offer , which I signed, they strung me along for 7 days to inevitably deny the loan, shop around !!!

The worst company that I have worked with. These people only want to take your money. They pretend they are “assisting” you, but the truth is that it is impossible to get on the phone with someone and emails are impossibles.My agent is Juanita Gaona. What a difficult person to handle, very disrespectful to customers time, money and business. She mentioned to me in one of her emails that “she is not working for me and she is not going to be working for free”.What a joke of a company! PLEASE DO NOT BRING BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE.

Leased a peice of equipment for 5 years made all my payments on time and in full never had an issue, they were always proactive always ensuring my insurance is in place and communicating by email with my insurance agents. I'll be using again for more equipment. Seems like most of the reviews are from people with payment issues.
