The team at Coastal Heat Pump was timely in their communications and scheduling of our appointment.We were given a time range for the appointment and were alerted via a tracking app when the technician was on his way. I found Coastal Heat Pumps use if this app very useful for both time efficiency and from a safety perspective as the app shows a photo of the technician that will be on site.Tyler was our technician and we found him to be very courteous and patient with our repeated questions! Tyler was able to offer suggestions for more efficiency of our system and was very thorough with his recap of the work he performed. The coordination and communication regarding the installation was very good. The installation process went very smoothly. All the contractors arrived exactly as expected and were friendly and proficient.I was very impressed with the heat pump installation by Tyler P and Jake P. They were professional, on time, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked extremely well as a team, quickly and efficiently, leaving the area very clean. Their updates throughout the installation were appreciated, answering my many questions. They walked me through how to use and maintain the system, giving me excellent advice on how to use it to best meet my comfort needs.The office staff have also been very helpful and accommodating post-install.I would recommend Coastal Heat Pumps and Team Tyler and Jake.

We had our heat pump installed in the summer 2022, and Tyler just came for the annual service. Tyler was professional, efficient, and very clear in going through the review with us. Our four-year old son was interested in observing and he commented, [Tyler] is very friendly

It's hard to find contractors who are good trades people and good business people. By good business people, I mean they are organized and professional in their communications and scheduling. Being a former trades person myself, it is not often that I leave a review on a company website. In this case, Coastal Heat Pumps has earned my highest rating. I'll let you know if this changes.

Coastal Heat Pumps is First Class all the way from free consultation to the follow up estimate and installation scheduling. We were kept up to date on what was happening through frequent communication and our queries were answered promptly. When the final installation crew Mitch, Patrick, and Rylan showed up as notified promptly in the Morning we had 3 service vans at our House ready to carry out the final installation. The crew was courteous and respectful and always asked if there was a decision to be made and explained what they were going to do. We were given a tour of the newly installed system and informed about how to care for the outside unit and shown how to set up the Thermostat. Bottom line: 37% decrease in electrical use over the past 7 months!!! In good part due to smart design and planning.Helpful advice in applying for the government grant prior to install.Provided a well organized installation. All equipment and materials on site prior to the installation. Professional installers, trustworthy and innovative thinkers (making some adjustments onsite to ensure an even better system after checking back with design at the head office).
