Air Conditioning Edmonton

I couldn't be more happy with the service that Dwight and his team provided me. I called Air Conditioning Edmonton at 2am in the morning when my heating system stopped working. It happened to be a very cold night so I was very concerned that our pipes would freeze if we didn't get the heat on fast. Within the hour Dwight came out and had our heating system working again. Thank you Dwight!!

I've used this company 3 times for AC service. Their customer service is excellent and the technicians are well trained and do a thorough job.

We recently purchased a HVAC system from Air Conditioning Edmonton. Not only did Dwight and Tim come out the same day, their service was superb! Answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The installation went unbelievably well and it kept us cool all summer. Thanks again guys.

One of the employees rushed to cut me off in a zipper merge and then proceeded to yell and gesture at me while we were both waiting for traffic to start flowing. I can't speak to the quality of service - from the other reviews it sounds fine, and Dwight sounds lovely.But when driving a company truck you represent the company and should treat every other vehicle on the road as a potential customer. Of course we are all human and prone to making absent-minded slights while driving but this was clearly an intentional move and the employee I interacted with was extremely unprofessional and rude. Based on this I question the professionalism of the staff overall.

Thanks Dwight for helping us out. It's nice to be able to count on you to service our valued clients when we can't get to them all on the same day. My client was extremely pleased with the quality of service.

In June 2015, my air conditioner started blowing hot air so I called Air Conditioning Edmonton. They came out to my home within the hour and got my air conditioner working again. Couldn't be more happy with how fast they responded and the quality of their service. Will call again!
