DR. CHIU LEE

So rude and unprofessional. I can't even explain my situation before the doctor acts up, saying that he has no time and that I'm telling him what to do. I'm constantly interrupted, and he even tells me to visit a Chinese herbal doctor as he refuses me treatment. I ask for specific blood tests, saying I'm even willing to pay for them out of pocket, but he denies my requests just because he doesn't want to". I hope no one ever has the misfortune of being patronized

Dr Chiu Lee is always straight to the point, provides very precise responses to all my questions and gets the job done in under 5 min. Always provides the best options that aren’t costly to myself. Great doctor and person. Don't believe the bad reviews here.

They gave absolute horrible hospitality as well providing incorrect information to patients. Their receptionist changed my original appointment to an earlier date gave me the date and time over the phone and as she gave the specified time as well date I wrote it in scheduleOnly for me to take my 4 month old baby out his bed in the cold early in the morning today for the receptionist to look me dead in my face and tell me that I never herd correct because that’s not what she said literally making me look crazy!!!!! With my newly birthed baby. How can one mistake 9:50 am from 1:20pm ?????? They don’t sound similar at all. Mind you when I was given this appointment I thought I herd 9:15am and I even asked the lady “15 or 50” and she said “five zero” 9:50am I took an Uber wasted money for them to tell me I have to come back they never tried to modify rectify figure out another alternative nothing !!!!!!!!!! Considering I travelled with a 4 month old baby !!!!! And when I was trying to get them to consider they just ignorantly dismissed me horrible!!!!!!

Doctors with no professionalism, they don’t see or touch you skin still in fear of Covid-19. Sorry to say this.

Dr. CHUI LEE has been my doctor for 2yrs already and he is a very nice person. I don’t know why some many complaints for Dr. Kenneth Lee-Choi were left here mistakenly LOL. As a patient of Dr. Chui Lee, I have never doubted his professionalism and I can say that under his treatment, my acne on my face is getting better than before.

A lot of the negative reviews below are for a different doctor. Dr. Chiu Lee has been an amazing physician for me. Since my teenage years to adulthood, I had struggle with my acne. Since being referred to Dr. Chiu Lee, my acne prone skin has improved drastically under his guidance to the point I am confident in my skin (with almost no acne!). I strongly recommend anybody to use Dr. Chiu Lee if they are struggling with any skin conditions.

I could give less than 1 star if possible. The doctor is very rude. We are late by 10 min as we weren’t able to find the exact location during winters (I agree its our mistake). All he said was that we can ask only one question as we are late and even for that one query (hair fall for my spouse), he told it’s expected and she wouldn’t become bald for this sarcastically - which we didn’t find professional.On top of it, he didn’t allow us to get an immediate appointment saying we’re not in need for an emergency review and he’s retiring soon and would work less number of days per week. The next appointment is due for 3 months (We have already waited for 3 months to get this appointment). Terrible experience.

There are 10 doctors at this location. Do not see Kenneth Lee Choi who is a dermatologist. Very rude and unprofessional! Do not waste your time with him or let the office swipe your health card. Horrible experience.

Did they not read that the listing is for Dr. Chiu Lee?The first rule of writing a review is making sure you're writing about the right place. I'm talking about you, Jonathan Xu, Wilop, Vincent Wang, Wawa, Robert Damourakis, Cheng Tam, Ann Zhou, Shakeel Basheer.I have NEVER been your doctor.Take your complaints somewhere else.That goes for you too, Stouteesha, I heard you yelling across the hall, but you have never been my patient, nor have you ever had an appointment to see me.
