I have never felt more at ease with any of my dental experiences as I have here. I have had several cleanings with Hannah, and every time she's given me highest level of professionalism, kindness and so thorough. Dr Chaudry had unbelievable patience and kindness with me and my anxieties and his professional and knowledge are second to none. Thank you!

They only care about money, had the dentist bring his daughter in for show and tell.. hard to say no when your mouth is stuck open. No thanks

I decided to change dental offices after having my 1st appointment here. Let me tell you why...The quality of service, professionalism and friendliness at River Dental is top notch. The dentist(s), assistant(s) and hygenist(s) are very knowledgable and experienced. The treatment i received surpased everything I have previously experienced.I recommend anyone who is not happy with their current office to give this one a try.

Been going here for many years! The last three times I’ve been here I haven’t been happy! I find they forget steps in the cleaning process. Ever since COVID began they skip most the steps and just scale your teeth, no polishing, no fluoride treatments etc. I’ve given them 3 chances and have expressed my concerns to them but there hasn’t been any change. My parents & I have finally decided to change offices and try somewhere that doesn’t leave our teeth feeling like nothing has been done to them!

Highly disappointed in this place. Was a client of a dentist who is now retired, my entire life. Had fillings done. One of the fillings was causing me pain. I went back 3 times. The first time the original dentist saw me, tried to fix it. Another patients x-ray was sitting in front of my face the entire time. (Hello, Breach of Confidentiality). However still had pain. Between the first and second visit I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. They told me it looked like a filling had fallen out. Went back the second time for the same problem, they lost my x-rays, so they had to redo those. Adjusted my bite, and told me I would probably need a root canal on that tooth. Then charged me $80 for an appointment that did not fix the problem.I went back a third time, because I was still having the same problem. I was with another dentist, so after explaining the whole issue, she looked at the tooth that wasn't a problem. told me I had a 'chip in my tooth' and that it needed to be filled.(something I told her about, since I was aware of the chip in the tooth, and that it needed to be filled.) I was in the chair for less than 10 minutes, and she charged me another $80, to tell me something I already was aware of, and did not need looked at, and again, not solving the issue.Their reception staff is unprofessional, and gossip about patients that are in the back.The only saving grace to this place is their business manager, who refunded me the two $80 charges that I should not have been charged, and did actually seem to care about the issue.

Too many receptionists and not enough accountability. Every appointment I've had has either ended with one person telling me I was overcharged, or another saying I was undercharged and now owe more money. The only person who should ever contact a customer about money is the business manager, if the receptionist tells you something, ask for clarification from the manager because none of them care enough to do their jobs properly. They also only post the 5 star reviews on their website which does not accurately reflect the business and how its run.

Went in last year to get some help with an abscess tooth. They charged me $200 to do nothing but take X-rays....Didn't help with the tooth, didn't drain the abscess. Just took my money and gave me a prescription for antibiotics...I ended up having to pop it myself so I could function properly at work.Fast forward to this past week, and they were ok to get me in on an emergency, just to tell me there's a chance they could do nothing to help. So clearly this company doesn't actual care about it's patients, it's all about the bottom dollar. I was under the impression that Dentists are under the same oath as a Dr. An emergency is an emergency. By taking someone in and doing nothing to help, yet taking Thier money. Means they have no regards for Thier patients, or Thier wallets. When we're about to go into a recession you'd think ppl like Dr and dentists would be doing what they can to help. Not siphoning off their patients money.....thankfully the receptionist I spoke with was totally understanding. That's why I gave 1 star. Otherwise it'd be ZERO for the true lack of care by ppl that are supposed to have more than the general populous.

Dr.Chaudhry and his staff are kind and welcoming. Almost makes going to the dentist bearable lolI highly recommend

Best dentist visit ever. River Dental has an amazing team from the moment you walk in to the very end. Right away you are welcomed with friendly and fast service from the front desk. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist however this was the most calming experience. Dr. Chaudhry took the upmost care, taking the time to freeze my gums gently, I didn’t feel anything. I was terrified because I needed root canal performed, but Dr. Chaudhry and his team were so fast and gentle I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend this clinic, the level of professionalism and care is remarkable. As someone who lives in the GTA coming to River Dental was such a pleasant experience to be treated so kindly, and the root canal performed was exceptionally done. Dr.Chaudhry has completely erased my hatred for the dentist, he took the time to freeze me properly, even made me laugh along the way. The entire service was done quickly and with the best care possible. A huge thank you to everyone at River Dental your team is amazing.

All of the staff at River Dental are absolutely amazing! I truly can not say enough kind things about how wonderful everyone is! Whether it be for a routine cleaning, routine procedure, or an emergency, the dental team take the time to ensure you are taken care of right away! I had a dental emergency and was seen the same day I called, and Dr. Chaudhry was available after hours when I needed to call. Despite having anxiety about going to the dentist I am always made to feel so comfortable and well taken care of!
