Bought a snow blower in 2018, service was excellent, friendly & knowledgeable. Left feeling great about our purchase.... however we will never buy a Husqvarna product again. After only a couple years of owning and limited use ( we also have a tractor ) this machine quit working. During a phone call explaining what was happening we were told it was the transmission and that this was a known issue in this model of snowblower, and they would try to get the company to replace it under warranty,......we're still waiting to hear back. After a number of times calling to see where we were sitting, having calls not returned, being told that the paperwork had finally been sent in, and not having any resolution, we've basically given up. So now we have sitting in our garage $2500 piece of junk. We have heard nothing, not a nope sorry they're not going to do it"

I'm in Edmonton but I ordered a 572xpg and got it shipped to me. Pretty much only dealt with Donna who was efficient and pleasant to deal with. No complaints, I wish there were better Husqvarna dealers in Edmonton like them.

I really like dealing with this dealership and owning their products. Great prices, excellent service and knowledge by the staff and owner. I used to be a Stihl fan, but this dealership and the Husky products have turned me to Husqvarna. This is because they work all the time. If they don’t, I just take it to them and it gets sorted out quickly so I can get my job done. I’m a home user so I don’t have time to work on my gear just to do a small job and Husqvarna does not let me down. Get your gear here, you won’t be disappointed.

Needed some belts for an older, used snowmobile, but I couldn’t find the proper manual online. They had the digital version of the manual and the right belts. When I asked if I could have a copy of the manual, they emailed it to me on the spot. Awesome service!

Thank you to Summit Power Tools for the friendly service and advice.I hate to fall into the stereotype of not knowing my way around tools, but I just don't. When I went in and was openly nervous the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer all of my questions even though I felt like some I should have known.Also as a mother, fellow business owner and someone who is a bit anxious about the pandemic etc. I was impressed watching staff wipe things between customers or after people looked at tools on display. The staff I saw were wearing masks and I felt safe and comfortable in the store front. Thank you for making this experience a great one. I would definitely recommend.

I stand by Husqvarna products and will always do my best to support local business, but I can't in good conscience give more than one star for the lack of respect this business shows its paying patrons that keep the lights on. In the worst wave of a pandemic and under public health orders, Summit Power Tools staff, including a couple who appeared to be owners/managers, openly disobey the orders, putting not only themselves, but anyone who requests service at risk. I was not aware knowledge of power tools makes you immune to this virus...When I politely asked what their mask policy was, I was informed they don't wear them, but if requested a staff member would wear one. I have never been to another business where I had to personally request the safety of patrons, including myself, while I was there. As a first responder, this is dangerously irresponsible and a slap in the face.The repair work I was there for was completed at a little higher than expected cost with little communication on what was done - other than an invoice. Other than that, the front staff seemed friendly enough.I intended to purchase a second chainsaw for approx. $800.00, but will be taking my business where the customers are a little more respected.

We are dealing with Summit Power Tools for more than 25 years and they never let us down. Friendly, fast and reliable service.I always refer them to my friends. They always go way and beyond our expectations.

I have had nothing but the best of customer service from all the staff. Quick , polite, more than reasonably priced and top quality products.
