I’ve been here numerous times and always been please. Drive thru is efficient. Today (April 15th around 8:15pm) I was in to eat with my family and they were super busy yet super attentive and fast. We even had staff check in on us during our meal. I’d say they go over and beyond especially being a fast food chain restaurant. Great job!

By far the worst burger I have been served in my life.When I opened the box i could see right away the burger was thrown in the microwave, bun and all. I couldn't even pick it up it was so hot from the microwave. After a few minutes it cooled down but by then the bun was that nasty microwave texture. I completed my delivery and went back. I was approached by the staff member who served me at the drive thru and I told her what the issue was. The staff member who was responsible for cooking the abomination, slivered away into a back room and communicated via head set with the lady dealing with my complaint. I was told he put the whole thing in the microwave to melt the cheese. I expressed to her that he didn't need to put the bun in, just put the paddies with cheese in. Obviously they stick in the whole thing to warm up the pre cooked patties. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that. I was offered another complete burger, but refused. I just wanted a new bun. The lady who was dealing with me, who had just finished wiping down tables with a cleaning rag and chemical, no gloves on, Went to get me the bun, without washing her hands. Obviously this did not impress me. I walk out with the burger and threw it in the garbage in my vehicle. Couldn't be bothered to educate another adult on food handling practices. If you like over microwaved burgers, this is the place to go. WILL NEVER GO BACK WHILE DELIVERING TO COLLINGWOOD!!!

It was a big rip off. They have a 2 for $5 snack menu. On that menu there is a small cheese burger and small fries so I ordered that. I also ordered a regular pop. It came to $10.49 so I asked at windows why so much? Their computer charged me $5 for the fries and regular soft drink and charged me for the overcooked cheese burger at $4.89. Next time I will go to McDonald's

Tastes horrible, somehow… Dairy queen is always fantastic but there seems to be a major issue going here.Tastes how your grandma smells.Have had the same order at other dairyqueens, never tasted anything as awful as today. We got two blizzards, both different flavours but with the same “funk”.Saw another review about mouldy berries, would recommend staying away until the health inspector comes back to do their rounds.

This Dairy Queen has been in this same location for the past 50 years! Came back for a visit and brought back nostalgic memories. Only needs a garbage can outside near picnic tables
