Working with Scott to sell our home and buy a new one was the smoothest real estate experience my husband and I have ever had. Our decision to move now was made a bit impulsively, but Scott made sure we had all of the information, options and details we needed to make the right decisions for our family. Scott and his team did an outstanding job for us. As folks that are going through the house buying process know it can be very complicated during these short supply times that we are currently living in. It was often frustrating for my wife and I , but Scott did his best to keep us well informed and managed our expectations. It did turn out very well for us as we did end up with the perfect property at a price we where both comfortable with. As good as Scott was working on the buying side for us, he did an even better job in getting our current home sold. The video he and his team prepared did a fantastic job showing off our home and ensuring that the right buyers where exposed to it. All five offers received / presented where well above asking. We could not have been happier.

The Knowles Woolsey Team provides excellence in customer service. Julie and Adam advised us on what upgrades we needed to do to get the most money for our property, then Julie and Devin staged my home so it looked better than I could have imagined and provided a professional cleaner at no charge. The professional photographer took amazing pictures and a video so we have wonderful memories of our home. Julie answers phone calls promptly, responds to texts very quickly and was considerate of our schedules for showings. She is an effective communicator and negotiator, very well organized and has incredible knowledge of the ever-changing market conditions providing valuable insight on what our home was worth and what we should sign back and except for offers. She supplied boxes for the move and offered us use of her trailer. The whole experience was positive and enlightening, I look forward to working with them again to find a new property to purchase.
