I wish this could have been a 5 star review, but no cigar.The first two thirds of my interaction with Vince and his company were indeed a full 5 stars. He was friendly during the consultation and gave me some informative insights. He provided a competitive quote for an attic cleaning and re-insulation. I chose his company over others partially because of their willingness to bundle both services together, and we set up a time a few weeks into the future to do the work. His team of three attic magicians were absolutely amazing; they were timely, professional, and most importantly did an incredible job at the clean-up.Days after the clean-up was completed (part-way through the total quoted job), Vince hinted that I look at getting the insulation done with Alpine instead but said that they would still be willing to do the work and that they would find a Saturday to do it for [me]". Called with some questions about water damage in my basement and he was extremely helpful and informative. Even though I seemed I wasn’t going to need his services, he was kind and recommended some other businesses to do what we needed.

Vince and his team were very professional and helpful in mould remediation after a leaky kitchen drain pipe caused a real mess in my basement walls. I was quite impressed with their thorough and timely service, and in helping me stay calm....I would highly recommend these guys.
