Truly the best tanning salon in the city! Not only is the staff incredibly knowledgeable they also are incredibly sweet. I always look forward to going into solace ! 10/10 would recommend

I recently visited Solace Tanning and had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The staff members at this salon were unbelievably rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. It was apparent from the moment I walked in that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.The first encounter with the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and were unresponsive to my questions. Their attitude was dismissive, as if they couldn't be bothered to provide even basic customer service. I understand that businesses can have busy periods, but there's no excuse for such blatant rudeness.To make matters worse, after enduring the staff's discourteous behavior, I made a complaint about their service. Instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to rectify the situation, they simply canceled my appointment. It was a blatant display of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I was shocked by their reaction. Cancelling my appointment was a clear sign that they didn't value my patronage or care about the negative experience I had encountered. It left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, as I had taken the time to voice my concerns in the hopes of improving their service.Aside from the staff's appalling behavior, the salon itself was underwhelming. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were subpar. The tanning beds seemed outdated, and the overall atmosphere was dull and uninviting. It's clear that the salon lacks the attention to detail and maintenance required for a satisfactory tanning experience.In conclusion, my visit to Solace Tanning was an absolute disaster. The staff's rudeness, coupled with their unprofessional response to my complaint, has left me with a deeply negative impression. I would strongly advise against anyone considering this tanning salon, as there are certainly better options available that value their customers and provide a more pleasant and professional experience.

Best tanning salon in Toronto! Great selection of beds and they always find a way to get me in for an appointment. Very efficient, courteous, and best customer service. I see people leaving reviews saying otherwise, and I can assure you it’s because that person is a nightmare client. I have ALWAYS had positive, warm interactions at Solace and will be a forever client ♥️

I had the most amazing experience at Solace Tanning Studios! I came in for a spray tan, and I was quite nervous because it was my first time. The person who helped me (I wish I'd gotten their name!) was INCREDIBLE. They spent lots of time with me and explained everything in great detail, took away my nerves, and even gave me great tips for tanning at home. The facility was very clean and everything was super easy to use. My tan turned out absolutely beautiful! Thank you SO much! Can't wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Solace for roughly a decade and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, the space is always spotless, equipment is on point, and their prices are completely reasonable. If you are looking for a quality tanning experience, look no further!

I've already visited this studio 3 times. The place itself is very welcoming, clean & the staff is courteous. I'm absolutely amazed with the proffesionallism, friendliness and care I get from Jocelyn, who also explained everything to me upon my first visit. Such level of service gives me the luxury experience and makes me coming back. Thanks for that!The tan is building beautifully and vitamin D helps me get through my night shifts! I strongly recommend this studio!

My mom, sister, and I had the best experience with Joscelyn, getting permanent spark bracelets as an early Mother’s Day celebration. Joscelyn was SO kind and informative and made the spark process feel so comfortable! She has a huge variety of chains to choose from at amazing prices. The experience felt very personal and such a fun way to celebrate while getting to leave with a stunning permanent bracelet! I’ll definitely be back!
