Had the most amazing experience today at The Balay Spa!! As soon as I walked into the door I felt welcomed and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly and everything was very clean too!! Keiko did both my massage and facial and both were amazing! The head massage during the facial was enough for me to return again soon! Will be recommending to all friends and family!

I had the Swedish massage and it exceeded my expectations by far! So relaxing. Best massage I have ever had. I work on my feet all day so this was such a treat. Cannot thank you enough!Rochelle was my masseuse.

I had an absolute amazing experience as a first time customer. I walked in at the last minute and was able to book a massage within a couple of hours the same afternoon. Very lucky on my part and worth every dollar and more. The massage was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The environment was calming and peaceful. There are several different options for massage and also package deals. Will definitely be booking again very soon! I highly recommend Balay Spa.

I booked a couples massage for Feb. 25/23 and we both loved the full body massage. Excellent service, and very reasonably priced for not having RMTs. Not quite the same expertise, but a lovely experience.

Amazing experience! I first started going because of groupon but the specials they have are just about the same price. I’ve had a few different people and their treatments are all consistently good. I especially love their massage and facial deals!

Such a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I tried a massage with reflexology package and it was magnificent! I think I prefer this to the RMT massages I've had over the years. The heated bed and complimentary tea afterwards were nice touches. Highly recommend this day spa! 15 minutes from Grouse mountain too, we went snow shoeing and finished off with a message for an all around amazing experience!

Amazing massage at Balay Spa! I’ve been looking for a local spot for Swedish/deep tissue massage for a while and I’m so happy I’ve found this place. Donna is friendly and very professional. The spa is extremely clean and is such a calming space. I’ve recommended this to a few family and friends and looking forward to going back for another massage soon :) thank you Balay Spa for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
