Fantastic experience with Clive!Went in and ordered a new canopy for my 2023 Tundra color matched too and it came within 2.5-3 weeks. My Tundra was still on its way in and had not yet arrived, Clive was great letting me know it will still be there when my Tundra arrived and that as soon as I got news my Tundra was in I called and booked my appointment right away. The time it took was great 2-2.5 hrs installed; way faster than when I had my canopy on my 2018 Tacoma installed. I would absolutely recommend this location, and I live on Vancouver island but frequent the Fraser Valley to visit my folks.

Bought an older LoRider fiberglass bed cover for my Ford Ranger and needed information on installing the rail system. LoRider no longer in business and no useful info on the Web. I had a great experience with the guys here. They quoted me on a new kargo master rack for my truck and their price was about $2,000 cheaper than one of their competitors. The service I received to the installation and delivery of the new rack on my truck was exceptional. Would highly recommend and would you use these guys again for my truck fleet.

I recently bought a soft tonneau and bed liner for my new hybrid maverick. I was unhappy with the quality of the bedliner and wanted it removed same day after install. They agreed and offered credit. Used the value of my old bedliner to exchange for a bedrug to be installed in near future. Great customer service.

Went here to replace a towing wire harness that uHaul screwed up twice and that i've had nothing but trouble with. Cap-it replaced the whole thing with something that looks way higher quality. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and everything was completed on time and on budget. Super satisfied, would highly recommend!

I ordered a new back window for my leer canopy and received it today and all is good . The only issue is the timeline but I understand knowing it came from California and it's beyond these guys control! Thanks guys

I am back at Cap-It once again, the first time I bought the Bak Flip MX4 which generally only comes with a 5-year warranty yes and this time I bought the Cap-It branded MX4 because it comes with a lifetime warranty if you buy it with a Cap-It Brand instead of the Bak Flip.I dealt with Clive and Matt, and of course, as always, when you're at Cap-It Surrey or Cap-It it Langley, you will always get exceptional service!I highly recommend Cap-It for any of your truck accessory needs! I have always been treated more than fair, often surprised by how well he has treated me.
