Every time I’ve been there I’ve had great service. From tire recommendations to today when I went in for a flat repair. They were extremely busy and managed to get me in and out the door in about 20 minutes. Always worth going there.

I DO NOT recommend this place. If you want to waste your money, This is the place to go. Took my truck there for a noise in the front end. $1,900.00 later they told me they fitted it. I still have the same noise coming from my truck. Plus I think they broke a bolt and just left it.

Blew a tire last night and ended up staying in Spruce Grove overnight so I didn't have to drive back to Red Deer on my spare. Deen and Amber were awesome to deal with and sent another staff member to the warehouse to get the tire I needed. I was back on the road within an hour that morning. Great service and a pleasure to chat with!!

I was quoted $175 ish for a wheel alignment on my pickup.Upon pick up I mentioned I work for a major natural gas company in Alberta.They offered a %10 discount.Sounds good. Better than nothing.The total was $212 ishWait a minute.Oh, we needed to calibrate the steering angle sensor.Ok…. That’s why I brought it in and I understand this is part of a wheel alignment.Not to mention the $14 ish shop fee???You’ll never see me back and I’ll pass this info on to our procurement manager.Beware of this outfit. WOW!!!!!BTW my steering wheel still isn’t centered.Update. I send fountain tire my contact info which they should have.They called when me when my vehicle was ready?Haven’t heard anything from them.Obviously just a generic response from them.

I spent $2,100 on new tires and a wheel alignment. When I went to pick up my truck, I noticed the tire sensors weren’t working right away, even though they were working prior to taking my truck in. When I notified them that the sensors weren’t working, they told me to just “take it for a drive and it’ll fix itself”. 5 days later, the sensors still aren’t working. When I took it back to the shop to notify them that the sensors still weren’t working, they told me I was going to have to pay to fix the sensor. I told them I would take my business elsewhere, as I wouldn’t support a shop that was charging me for damage that they had done.When I took it to an alternative shop, they told me the sensor was damaged from the install, and offered to fix it for free!I would not recommend Spruce Grove Fountain Tire

Jamie & Amber saved our bacon… we came to them on race day and had a rear tire that needed replacing… Jamie rolled up his sleeves and had us back to the track within the hour… Service like that is hard to come by nowadays… Thanks Jamie & crew.

Had a bit of a tire emergency this long weekend and not only were they able to get me the fastest they also were able to have all the tires/rims put on within the hour. The front desk team were pleasant to deal with and I’m grateful they weren’t too annoyed with me calling multiple times.

Well here are something to take notice at when dealing with Fountain Tire in Spuce Grove. Check to make sure your wheel lug locking socket is back in your hands, make sure your valve caps have been replaced and take picture of your rims so you have no damage and check these things before leaving their lot. Make sure your tire pressure is at what your vehicle recommended pressure should be and not what the tire maximum pressure is. VERY IMPORTANT
