NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Scarborough

I'm finding myself in a need of a suspension part. I believe that they have it in stock.However, I cannot go there despite it's relatively convenient location for me.I get it that people have off days or there is a misinterpretation by people other peoples' behavior. I've shopped there about eight times and I'm sure that on at least six times the staff were surly, distracted talking past me to there colleagues, dismissive and just generally sour resentful service.I'm not there for loving or to make friends. But, honestly? Should I have to dread going to this place. I expect decent, courteous service. I've never experienced it there.I'll be shopping for the part elsewhere even at my own inconvenience. Sorry guys, your prices are not magic and the attitude of the staff reminds me of what I'd expect at a labour camp.

I have a break failure close to this location I call the store a gentleman name Dave answer I told him My situation I pick up all the parts I need . A mobile mechanic met me on-site while he stayed open just in case I need or return parts that I don’t need. very helpful he educate me on the product that I need. I’m so happy with his location. I’m trying to remember the last time I’ve had such an experience with the customer service real time knowledgable all around good

The only problem is there are 2 guys on the service desk and both also answer phone calls. This means lines can be forming at the front and they are still both taking calls. This slows down walk in service for the customer considerably.

Had the best customer service from David Rep#1361. I went in there looking for a sealant for my fuel transfer tank. He took time to educate me and research from manufacture which is the right sealant that I require for fuel as their ain’t many. For this I am thankful, and this is the place for all your automotive needs.

Needed specific oil, most places closed Saturday on long weekend, but they were open and had the correct oil and even let me borrow a funnel and cloths and ensured I put in the correct amount. Very helpful

Spoke to DAVE and Mark pure douche bags. Very Rude, bad customer service skills, very sarcastic. Makes it difficult for the customer to order something and pick up. No patienceNeeds coaching and or a new job, clearly shows their not happy with their job. Need to train them on handling the telephonea and dealing with customers accordingly. Listen before speaking.

To save on mechanic costs and time, I decided to swap my Napa battery in their parking lot in -16 weather. Mostly, I didn’t want to drive back and forth for the $20 core recycling fee. I mentioned this to Dave, who was working there that morning. He was so nice! He gave me some disposal gloves, offered me chances to warm up, use the bathroom, and make sure I was OK. Luckily, the swap went off with no significant challenges. It’s just nice when people are nice. Thank you!

What a great first experience just called today /now to ask for a simple part got a very loud and rude can you please hold on the phone very strung out like this person hates their day. Then as I reply sure click and hung up on what a great first experience this person obviously feels like they hate their job their tone of voice was rude and then you hang out I think I'll just go somewhere else.

I dealt with Mark at the Birchmount location in Scarborough regarding a relay for my TOYOTA truck. He was a pleasurer to deal with. Anytime I have been to this store the group has always been courteous and a wealth of info with regard to their part knowledge and automotive expertise.

If you’re going to buy anything from this Napa location I suggest to stay away from salesperson name DAVID , he’s arrogant/rude / and doesn’t have good manners toward customers , I’ve had couple of bad experience with him and I think I’m done with this location
