The réceptionist and doctors are very friendly.Although they are busy & phone line can be busy at times aswellGreat experience, quick & professional.Just gotta be patient they're doing their best :)The office is inside the guadian pharmacy.No walk-insBook yourself by calling 1st.Good luck

The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful!! Very very nice!! And the doc returned our call immediately and talked at great length about the medical issue, did not feel rushed and he was very respectful!

Very poor service since the secretary, Geraldine LeBlanc, was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my wife and two daughters as patients. People go to clinics because they don't have family doctors and should not have to face the ridicule of a secretary. The secretary should be compassionate, respectful and sympathetic towards the patients and their medical needs.

Absolutely great service. Called short notice and got me in within the hour. Receptionist was kind and helpful. And Dr. Babin was thorough and helped me a great deal.

How are people even getting through? I've called over 100 times and get a busy signal. Once in, the docs are good, but getting through os the challenge.
