Great location and price. Room was large, even had kitchenette, standard for these rooms. Friendly staff. You can walk out your door, down a short path that ends on main street of downtown. Very convenient for a latte and croissant at the cute bakery downtown.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel, as a couple who recently stayed in one of the superior rooms for a couple of nights. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were able to extend our stay for an unexpected extra night in the same room (probably helps that this wasn't during the rush season). Our room was very clean and looked modern, even better than I expected from the photos and reviews I had seen before booking. Very clean and spacious bathroom as well. The price is perfectly reasonable and honestly the superior room area is a VERY nice place for a 3 star hotel.Only downside was that our room with ocean view was on the lowest floor, so our view was mostly on the grass and on a brown building right in front of our balcony. That part was quite disappointing since I specifically chose the room for the nice view we were supposed to get.But overall, we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and it's very well situated if you want to walk to the restaurants and shopping centres (the furthest one is only a 15-20min walk away).

We stayed here on a snowmobiling trip. I had previously left my cell phone at a restaurant and the concierge Jean François was unbelievably helpful by going and getting it for me! Nice accommodations and superb service!

Very clean room, well appointed and the staff were fantastic.

Clean, modern, roomy and bright rooms. Best spot to stay when coming into Gaspe on snowmobile. Checkin fast and efficient. Gentleman that checked us in was welcoming, friendly, and spoke excellent english. Some of the new rooms have a spectacular view of the bay. Definitely will stay here again.

I spent one night with my daughter there to celebrate a graduation ceremony. Now, keep in mind that my daughter is 10, and she kept telling me how much she loved the room and wanted to live there. The kitchen was equipped well. The bathroom, instead of disposable shampoos and soaps, instead has dispensers, which I personally prefer. The room was clean, and well-kept. There are no carpets, just floating floors, so that is also a huge plus in terms of germs.The one draw back, the window curtains. As our room was on the ground floor, and only had blackout curtains, if you want natural light, you need to leave the curtains open, which allows everyone to see into the room. No privacy.Other than that, it was a great place to stay as it is within walking distance of anywhere we went.

I rsvp the room from afar for my partner as he was incoming from a 12hr route and needed a place to sleep for the night. Due that the credit card was not in his name, they refused to give him the room. The also refused his cash payment option.The women at the counter, Mme Leblond, was not helpful to find him another place to stay nor was her attitude on pointAt 11h at night, he was turned away to find a room.

Excellent hotel in Gaspe. Friendly staff, easy access to the heart of the town.

Great place but most work on their clientele services. We have a 6 month old baby and they put us on the bottom third floor, were we can only go down by stairs, no elevators. We kindly went to the reception to inform them about having a baby, stroller, playard and if we can possibly have a room on the ground floor and they quickly refused to help us and did not offer any solutions. We had booked this hotel months in advance and I still cannot believe we were placed in the bottom third floor.

After reading the reviews, we booked a 'superior room', i.e. in the new building with the pool. We specified main floor to avoid too many stairs.The room was new, clean and beautiful in layout and decor. Large walk in shower. Amazing view over the city and bay.The pool was clean, a bit shallow and only accessible by stairs. Beautiful decor of the pool room, large windows, plenty of towels. We enjoyed our one night stay, the most luxurious of this trip. But do your research before deciding which room to book in this hotel.
