If you need to use the washroom and press the call button noone comes and then the cleaning lady is RUDE refuses to let you in the washroom then proceeds to let herself in and clean the washroom. Unbelievable if I could give you no stars I would!

Southgate Station
Odd access to this train station. It is isolated between the north and south bound roads with the only access through the walking bridges. The entry/exit on the mall side does not connect to the bridges so you have to exit onto an island bus stop surrounded by buses and dodge then to get to the ramp or stairs into the mall. In the winter, this is a problem as there are snow piles and copious amounts of slush to walk through and around.

Super busy transit hub with room for dropoffs. Bathrooms are limited and buzz to enter.

Wish they had more/better access to get to/from the train platform from the main ETS station. Clean and well maintained.

Very busy LRT station. Great connection to Southgate Shopping Centre and the transit terminal. There is also a Snack Shop in the mezzaine level. Also there is a public bathroom. Overall a very busy and bustling terminal.

I won’t be buying my passes here ever again. I moved here in July and have been buying my passes with visa with no issue, today the lady yelled at me for using visa for a whole $3.50. I’ve never been informed I need to use debit. I’ll be buying my bus passes at the rexall in the mall from now on.

Southgate Station
A very nice and quite station. It connects the east and west sides of 111 street. Public use Station to move from station to Southgate Shopping Centre. Also, public could move to West of 111 Street through the pedway. Station has a public washroom that is very convenient and handicapped ♿ friendly. Station has a small shop that sell snacks and photocopying is available as well.

Nice station. Warm place to wait even when it's super-cold outside. Has a small convenience shop and washrooms.Unfortunately not connected directly to the Mall. Missed opportunity there.
