Mona helped me find lowest premium (cheapest) policy for the highest coverage to satisfy my needs. She was honest and fast! She helped me understand the policy and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

I am not happy with the service, I had the policy from her and I asked her to cancel the policy but she did not cancel the policy and money kept on going from our account for next six months. It was going from my wife's account and due to busy schedule she does not normally check her account that often. When I checked and asked her then she answered that the email which I had sent to her went to spam, Which is very very unlikely , because the email was sent to her from my personal email address, Moreover I had replied back to one of her emails, So if someone replies to the email, it never goes to spam. but the agent took no responsibility of the same. Which was not expected from her. I do not recommend the agents who do not do the due diligence and end user suffers.
