I went to get a code for my vehicle as I had to go directly to the dealership in order to get the code. I didn't think it would be free but they charged me $70. That didn't make me happy. It took less than 5 mins to acquire the code. It felt like I was being taken advantage of. Other than this one experience I have not used their services or purchased a vehicle from here.

We were on the fence between buying used and new car. So we talked to the sales and his name was Anthony. When we asked for test drive, he didn't let us, unless we decide to buy new car. His excuse was to save everybody time... very inexperienced. So we took the business to Open Road Mazda Port Moody.

Can make an appointment either online or by phone. Staff friendly and explain what is to be done to car...what was done to car and time it would take. Explained check list of what was checked. In language I could understand. And they washed my car!!!!

In the past I have had not so great experiences with a Kia dealership but I thought I would give the Pitt Meadows location a chance. Happy I did. Silvio Ashkan was super helpful, very friendly and understood my situation. It was a nice, professional experience. I left feeling like no one tried to scam me. Every staff member I dealt with there was friendly and professional from the manager , sales rep Silvio , the credit department even the lot boy. I left with good feeling AND a 2021 Seltos. Looking forward to the same feeling if I need to go back for anything else. I think this is the first time I have ever written a good review for a car dealership and was happy to do so. Thank you for a lovely experience and I will be recommending you to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Hand sanitizer automatic dispenser...masks required in the building both in the shop and the showroom. It was my second time here and ended up buying a car! Had Max as my sales person. Very easy to work with, ended up giving me great suggestions.

I moved to the area just over a year ago, and take my 2005 Toyota here for regular service.I have only had good experiences. They have recommended service a few times, on one occasion for an oxygen sensor - and I was advised that while they would be happy to replace it for me, if I felt a bit handy, I could replace it relatively easily by myself with a part from Lordco or similar for less than 1/4 of the price.It took me a couple hours, and a bunch of YouTube videos, since I know very little about cars, but I got it done.The point is, I feel like they aren't trying to take advantage of my ignorance about cars to upsell stuff I don't need. They do upsell products and services, but I've felt that the pitch has always been honest, and I've never felt pressured, even when I've said no.I would feel comfortable trusting then if (when) they tell me that I need major service. I'll still do some research to be sure it makes sense, but overall I feel like I can trust the service department.

Had a great experience buying my new truck from here. Mark was my salesmen and he didn't try to push my to buy something I didn't want. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. Would for sure come here again.

Chad in the parts department was excellent. He went out of his way to help me find a roof rack, on very short notice, other Mazda dealerships told me were not available. My family and I were able to travel in comfort because of his dedication

Fourth vehicle purchase at this location. Great sales staff, quality product. Always willing to work with you not against as has been my experience at some other dealerships. Highly reccomended.
