Awesome work cleaning our air ducts. I could actually tell the difference right away. My initial phone inquiry was helpful, very upfront and clear information. I could tell this place was honest right away. Andy and his team were prompt on the day of service, as well as thorough, and communicative when doing the actual work, and it only took three hours for a 2,000 square foot home. They were very detail oriented and respectful of our household during the job. Our house is 60 years old, and a renovation had been done before we moved in, which seems to have added a lot of dust to the ducts. I was having breathing issues after moving in (shallow breaths, runny nose, etc.), and that has cleared up. I suppose everyone's situation is different, but this was a worthwhile service for us. If you have your ducts cleaned around Grand Rapids, I'd go with this family owned business versus some of the other places that try to sell you stuff you don't need or could make things worse.

Great Service & Great Team. They were clear on costs, the work they would do and when they'd be there. They did a great job and super professional. Nice work!

We had a terrible clog in our dryer vent. Two other companies couldn’t get it but Krystal Kleen would it give up and got it. They are amazing to work with

UPDATED REVIEW: I used Krystal Kleen for my carpets, dryer vent and air ducts. The pictures I have included are before and after pictures of my air ducts. The service made a massive difference (I sure don't want to breathe that stuff in). My house was previously owned by some very enthusiastic marijuana smokers and the difference these services made in the smell of the home were very obvious.There were a couple of issues I ran into using them but it resulted from miscommunication and the owner Chris went above and beyond to make sure things were resolved to my satisfaction.I gave them the 4 stars just because I reserve my 5 star ratings for a flawless and exceptional experience, but that's not say you shouldn't use them because they give you a price upfront for the whole job (not many places do that) and if there is an issue they operate with integrity and will make it right.

I had a dead animal in my exhaust pipe, which normally does not fall under the jurisdiction of “air duct cleaning”, but Mark and Curtis of Krystal Kleen came and finished cleaning our air system, then insisted on finishing the job on the exhaust pipe which is attached to the furnace. They spent an extra two hours cleaning the animal out to make sure my family and I could breathe clean air–without extra cost to us. Then, Mark built a screen out of a mesh filter and covered the exhaust pipe for us. I am very impressed with not only the quality of the service, but the kindness of the professional team that came to help us. You guys are awesome! Thanks for everything! I cannot recommend you enough!

DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. Had Krystal Kleen come out to clean our air ducts. Was told they would arrive at 9 am sharp, & they did. Eric showed up, very knowledgeable, respectful, & professional. They charge a base price based on the square footage of your home, unlike the big companies charging you a base price, plus additional costs for every vent you have whether it be on the floor or ceiling. Could not be happier with this company. Thank you.

Wow! Owner Chris really took care of us in an emergency. Friday told cracked heat exchanger. Couldn't be replaced until Tuesday for the furnace we wanted. Called Krystal Klein on Saturday and Chris got our ducts cleaned Monday. The technicians McKinley and Grant were young professionals. Very thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. Before and after photos were shocking. Unbelievable how bad our ducts were. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was near perfect when they left. 5 stars? No way, they deserve 10 stars. Thank you for everything. I Highly recommend them!!

Krystal Kleen was great at communicating, got an appointment scheduled almost immediately, showed up on time, was EXTREMELY friendly, great with our pets, and we couldn't tell they were even there with how clean they were. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with our choice to use these guys for my home air duct cleaning! Professional from start to finish. The best part about the whole experience (aside from having super clean vents) was the 2 guys Mike & Eric who performed the services, because they were very knowledgeable, answered any question I had, and just overall I was glad to have them in my home doing what they do best.
