Mary McCormick Recreation Centre
I'd avoid this pool if you're a lane swimmer trying to work out but great for all other purposes. Clean facilities, friendly staff and great hours!I've been here twice and both times had to get out of the pool after the warm up. Maybe that's just my preference but it's kept at a really warm bath water type temperature. Great for your kiddos or casual swimming but I couldn't cool down. Wasn't too busy.

Lovely park situated in a quite family oriented neighbourhood. Had a field for dog walking, sports and just sit down and have a nice rest or picnic. There are also swings, monkey bars, basketball net and other facilities for everyone who is into any of them sorts of things. You can even have a nice sit down in the west side as there are a couple of trees and benches available to have a nice sit and take it all in!Overall, lovely location to go for a walk and spend some time!P.S. Be careful if you have kids and make sure that there isn't dog poop where your child is playing as there are some lazy owners out there!

I was very impressed with this Recreation Centre. I just used the pool to swim some laps. I would highly recommend this centre.It sure had a very neighbourhood feeling to it

5 stars for nice staffClean pool, kept at 89 degrees in summer and 90 in winter for therapeutic purposes, v warm for lap swimming. If you're a swimmer, it's not a place to do a training swim- Lane swim in 3 lanes for fast slow medium and each lane is 2-lanes wide. Good for injury recovery, 25 yardsCardio equipment old but working and also room v warm.Very accessible and affordable!

Very good , clean and with shampoo in showers. It is small pool, but swim in line was ok 3 to 4 people for one line. It wasn't bad overall.

Please don't use their pool. It's freshly renovated and I want it all for myself :). Joking aside, the facilities are clean and well maintained and the pool water is heated. I often go for a leisurely swim after work.

Love the pickleball community. Welcoming and friendly. Hours are great. Lots of parking in the lot and on the side of the building.
