Happened upon it by chance.Food was great. You get a 3 course meal of the day for a great price.Excellent chicken and the sauce especially! Definitely unique and unlike other Caribbean flavours I tried.Lets you bring your own beer or wine and those you can buy a few metres away.Highly recommend!

Presentation was beautiful and the food was yummmmy! Has to be the best Caribbean food I ever had, hands down. We were welcomed so warmly by the owners and just walking into the restaurant, it smelt so heavenly. Would definitely go back!

Best food in Quebec City hands down. We’re from Toronto and get our fair share of Caribbean eats there.. but this was the best Caribbean food we’ve had in CANADA!! Its a MUST have if you’re visiting Quebec City!!

Excellent food and service! First time trying food from Guadalupe and it was delicious. Well composed, refined dishes, full of flavour. Highly recommend. Would drive back for it (from Montreal).

This was a great restaurant! The food was delicious, full of flavour and the service was good. A hidden gem in the heart of Quebec City. Truly an amazing fusion of caribbean soul food! A must if you are passing by or a local.

Our fish dinner from la source aux Caraïbes was some of the best food we've had all year. The restaurant smelled so good we quite literally ran home with our takeout! Everything was flavourful and delicious. The owner/chef was also very kind.Nous reviendrons la prochiane fois que nous serons à Québec!

We really enjoyed dinner here. Wonderful chef/owner. Casual and friendly. We had the tilapia with a coconut sauce that was delicious. I'm not usually a fish fan, but the flavors were amazing. Highly recommend.

I was debating if I should try food other than French food when I’m in Quebec but I’m so glad I gave this place a try. I had a lamb and couscous and it’s so tasty. The sauce is amazing. The couscous is cooked to perfection. Lamb is so tasty. I highly recommend this place. The owners are so friendly.
