Players Cards and Collectibles

Kid helping me and my son at the counter was nice. The owner was very difficult. Made sure to tell us there was a limit on how much of his time we could waste and they could only sell my son 10 cards because they can't have employees working to look for them?? There was only one other customer in the store and three employees watching tv. Other than the kid being nice helping us it was a horrible shop. Save yourself some trouble and check out a different card store

I went into the store today and while it is a nice looking store and they have a decent selection. I can't say many positive things about the customer service.From the moment I walked in I was bombarded with questions about what I was looking for. I hadn't even taken 2 steps into the store. And this continued practically the entire time I was in there. I felt like they were rushing me out as fast as possible and I have no idea why.Also, the way they spoke to me felt very condescending. Every time I said something or asked a question their response was patronizing and felt like a response you would give to a slow witted child.So overall, the store probably has what you are looking for but you probably won't enjoy your time in the store itself.And no, it had nothing to do with my trades being accepted or not. When you rejected them I was perfectly calm about it and just said ok

I’ve been coming to players for many years, in comparison to its previous predecessor the difference is nothing more than night & day. The card selection is great, most of the staff are welcoming, and the owner is very knowledgeable & friendly.The only downside I would say is the lack of MTG events, but I understand since they're stretched thin between sports/pokemon/yugioh/mtg; in all of my years I’ve only had one bad experience with a certain staff member (they know why they are), this certain member of the team always seems to be quite difficult to communicate with said party effectively, when I ask for cards I always feel like it’s a chore for this party to help me out (ironic given that it’s their job). The other staff members are great, I wouldn’t let a bad apple deteriorate your experience, overall it’s a great destination/store for sports memorabilia.

I like the store, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m confused about all the people saying the staff was unfriendly. The guy I dealt with answered the same question 3 times for me (kept asking what time they were open too) and he was more then professional when I had my 9 year old child show our trades. I hope to get the card I have been in 3 times to look a it

Good shop. Lots of variety in cards from sports to magic. Buys and sells singles. Friendly and decent prices. This is the kind of shop you want to support with your purchased.

Love this store. Great store, great employee. Great customer service. I am the owner of one of the stores on the rez. The other bosses are keeping the prices way up. I was thinking. To bring some elite boxes to my family owned business. I want to keep the pokemon community away from them prices.

Came in planning to spend $500+ to start a cube. I was told the books are off limits because of covid. You have to ask them for what you want and they will tell you the prices. There prices are comparable or worse then ebay. I wanted to support local stores But this was a waste of my time. Will never support stores again if you can't go in and actually look

I was looking for a 6' MTG table playmat. After searching high and low, I stumbled upon Player's Cards and Collectibles. They happened to have the one I was looking for in stock. I called them up and asked if they could ship it across the country. They were accommodating, professional & honest. I was very pleased with the level of service & communication. Great store, traded in 10 cards for a good price and walked out with a Hobby box and all in about 10 mins. Perfect experience.

Easily one of the BEST experience I've ever had at any card collectibles store. I came here with my son who just started to get interested in yugioh but didnt have his own deck yet. We were greeted at the door and received help immediately despite the store being somewhat busy. The employee was very helpful and to top it all off he gave a few cards to my son to help build his own deck! 10/10 and highly recommended for any collectors or TCG players out there.
