The amazing lady i had got was great she explained everything perfectly when i called in for more info. I had previously looked online but had more questions and she answered all plus more. She had me convinced it was a good switch. Called the next day and got the same person and she had us up and running in no time. Than the courtesy call when my service was running was also amazing.Thank you

Carl from Bissells. I called and spoke to Ruth on Friday at 5:15. I shot right over to the office, by 5:30 I had my two boxes and was on my way. Ruth was excellent to deal with. We are very very pleased with the low price of the big package of channels we have. The systems were a breeze to hook up and we are thrilled. Thank you so much Ruth and Apsis !!! I am writing this because I experienced the most wonderful customer service today!!I have been with this company for almost 2 years now and the service has been fantastic but today I had a major issue, apparently the service tech from Cogeco decided to cut my line going into my apartment which he never needed to do,, so I contacted Cogeco and they said sorry sir you have to contact Apsis, an extremely friendly and knowledgeable young man came down and fixed my problem thank you very much for the fast serfasted

I have been using Apsis for over a year and haven't faced any technical difficult or slow internet any time of the day. Their customer service is excellent. Their prices are better as compared to other internet providers.

Worst customer service .Never help with any situations you have . they necer have a manager that can helo with the problems . also had a male Representative and he was laughing in my ear like my story and life was a joke . never have to deal with them again thank god ! Run and take your money somewhere else !!!

We decided to go with Apsis from a friend’s referral - what a lovely surprise! Very stable and fast internet with reasonable pricing! We are now recommending Apsis to our family and friend! They also have amazing customer service too, so much better than other big branded companies!

Been with them for years. Never any issues, it just works. Very pleased*Pray that you never have to return any items you may have rented. The building is on lockdown, tried to call to figure out what to do gentleman on the phone was rude,!
