Every time I visit Melanie, she takes my hair to a new level of amazing. But what she did with my hair today I don't think can be topped. She previously gave me an ash-brown-to-platinum-blonde ombre which I found really hard to maintain, so I decided to buy 22 Ash Bronde/Strawberry Blonde Ombre extensions from Bellami and have her match my hair to them. The first photo is what my hair looked like before

I stood before a closed door after making an appointment, twice! Although I remained patient and polite, I got no explanation. I hope that most customers are treated better.

Mel is seriously the best. A friend recommended her to me about a year ago and she has been doing my hair ever since.I've had terrible experiences trying to get my hair done in Halifax and never stick with a stylist because I find that they don't listen to me or are not able to create the hair I want to achieve. Mel acutally listens and is amazing at her craft.She is super intelligent and we always have awesome conversations when I am in the chair.
