Product line they use to sell is no longer offered by them and there answer is to buy a new one and forget about fixing the old one, easier said then done when the cap was over 10,000 new and its not that old, thought service would have been better felt like I was dealing with a horrible sales person at Henry's camera

From the minute I walked through the main doors I was greated and processed very quickly to the friendly staff loading my truck up I was really impressed !

Got hold of them after 1 month for a rack installation. The manager did not tell in the email the waiting room is not available and had to wait on the curbside for 1.5 hrs in -4 degrees outside with wind.Teya the lady was rude and horrible customer experience will not recommend to anyone.I wanted to give them zero as there's no option.
