The UPS Store

My family and I had our photos taken in this location for our Citizenship. We had an excellent experience with Shima & Ben, they greeted us with a smile and are very accommodating. Ben took not only 2 but 6 different photo shots from each of us for more variety of options, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was processed efficiently, quickly and correctly. I will definitely recommend this location. Very friendly staff.

It so bad something form my package got lost and we called them like a lot but they kept saying that they are gonna call us but they didn’t and I’m sorry but it’s just that I am so disappointed I delivered my belongings in Quetta, Pakistan to a person named Kamran and their office name is Elya, collect your thoughts, do not deliver to this person, you will regret it.

I am so glad that I stumbled across this UPS Store to have my passport photo taken. Ben is great. Despite my attempts at mediocrity, he persevered and did his magic. I was so pleased the final photo that I will continue to use him in the future.

Hate going to this store- the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional especially that old dude. None of them know what they are doing there. Please if you ever want to return a package in this location make sure you ask for a receipt because they will not scan it and your package will get lost. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me but I will never go back there again, they NEED to change their employees or train them better. Please save your time from going to there. All other UPS location I have been to have the nicest and most professional staff except for this location.

They are all super nice people and helps out with everything! I always take my pictures for certain documents here and always so nice!!

The gentleman that assisted us was extremely nice, and took great care in making sure the end photo was high quality.Would recommend.

I have been there for 2 times just want pick up my package. The staff said the name is not match with my ID even if they know is my package but they can not give it to me and ask me to bring the government documents to prove it. So I bring my another documents and I said I have heart disease and need Chinese medicine which is in the package but the staff said their system is more important and there is no way for me to call customer service and tell me to stop going to the store or they will call the police. It's ridiculous I've never had any problems picking up packages in other UPS stores before, I have documents to prove myself, but the staff here is just too rude.

Awful experience, called ahead, confirmed everything. The lady that works here with the short blonde hair is aggressive, doesn't let people speak. Lots of people in the store smiling at me and rolling their eyes when listening to the way she speaks. Called another relocation about a block south, heading there. Much more reasonable, and respectful. This location (at least this lady) is a big hassle to deal with.ExampleShe said several times out your address here and the receiver address here. I'm the receiver.... She didn't even understand the difference between receiver and sender. Her issue is she doesn't listen, if she just let people talk and not assume she knows everything it would have been a much easier experience.

I had visited this store a few days back for passport photos and it was a very good experience. From friendly staff and owner to professional service and a good rate.Highly recommend this place!

We (a family of four) were to this UPS store earlier today for the passport pictures. The staff is so friendly and helpful. A gentleman who was taking the pictures was genuinely trying to make us happy with the results. He was offering to re-take pictures multiple times so we look the happiest we could be and at the same time natural on the passport pictures. Really appreciate his professionalism, personal touch and positiveness.
