Excellent spa experience! I had a 60 minute massage, and a pedicure. My massage therapist was very professional, attentive, and sensitive to my needs. The space inside the spa is very calming, modern in design but welcoming. The service from start to finish is excellent.

I’ve been enjoying the spa services at JFY Spa for over a decade now and always choose them first when I want to treat myself! Their quality of service is exceptional and always friendly. Their therapists go the extra mile to provide a relaxing and pampering experience that you don’t receive at all spas (ie scalp and hand massages during facials). The ambiance in their relaxation area is tranquil, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend both locations in Saskatoon and Regina too! Exceptional experience!!!

I had booked a 60-minute facial treatment. The treatment started 18-20 minutes late, yet ended as scheduled. The whole treatment was rushed so much that I had mud from the facial mask on my nose, neck, and in my hair afterward. The front desk did offer 15% off my treatment, but for receiving only 2/3 of the treatment, I'd expected a better resolution. They were so far behind schedule that the front desk staff was calling clients to ask them to come later for their scheduled treatment. I hesitated to provide a negative review, but this was my second negative experience in less than a year (the prior treatment was a pedicure). There was another staff member who had accepted a 'cash handshake' tip/gratuity while I was in the waiting area - seemed very unprofessional, and I expect was not in accordance with the spa policies.
